3 Verify Your Listing is Complete The more details you can add to your listings, the better. Complete and accurate information attracts serious prospects and helps close deals quickly. Accurate and Detailed Descriptions Property highlights, financial information and a thorough description will help your listing convert searchers into serious prospects. Plus, with more details, your listing will perform better on search engines like Google, Yahoo! and Bing. Use Multiple Photos LoopNet listings with photos receive 5X more views than listings without photos. Make sure your photos show off your property s benefits and different features to entice searchers. More Traffic Detailed listings with photos receive 5X the traffic More Efficiency Let your listing work for you. More details equals more informed callers Attach Relevant Documents Potential buyers and tenants are interested in as much detail about your property as possible. Add informative documents to your listing, such as: Floorplans Financial Statements How to Do it Log in to Hover over your name, and select My Listings from the drop down menu. Select Edit under your listing and click Edit Listing Details & Status. From the Edit Listing page you can: Change the status of your listing (Active, In Contract, Off Market) Edit property information Add/edit main photo Add/edit other attachments View additional exposure options = Ensure greater exposure by entering multiple property types if appropriate. = Add relevant terms in your description that might be used in a keyword search i.e., 0, gas station, LEED. = Flag your listing as an auction or distressed property if appropriate. 4 LoopNet Profile Your LoopNet Profile is a personal website featuring all of your listings on LoopNet as well as your professional accomplishments, accreditations, peer recommendations and industry insights. Links to your LoopNet Profile appear on your listings and in our broker directory (for brokers only). Maximize Your Exposure Your content, including your listings, is available for the LoopNet community, popular search engines and your network Zero Maintenance Listing updates are instant and automatic Direct Clients to Your Listings Your listings are easily accessible through your LoopNet Profile Log in to Hover over your name, and select My Profile from the drop down menu. Edit your profile by clicking Update Your Profile. Make sure to add your photo and logo as these will appear on your Pro Tools property flyers, property websites and campaigns. Share your profile with this link copy the link and paste it into your desired location. = Increase your exposure by placing a link to your profile on your signature, business card and any other printed media. = A completed profile creates a powerful and professional brand, and presents clients and colleagues with an engaging narrative.

5 ProspectList ProspectList delivers custom-matched leads for your Premium Listings. The list is comprised of LoopNet members who have searched for listings similar to yours, saved their search and have indicated they would like to be contacted for further information. Call your prospects, or with just clicks, send them an highlighting your listing. Fresh Updates Your ProspectList is updated daily with new contacts Warm Leads Prospects have indicated they want to be contacted about properties like yours 4 Log in to Hover over your name, and select My Listings from the drop down menu. Locate the listing you want to view a list of prospects for, and select Promote. Click View ProspectList. (ProspectList example pictured below.) Click Prospects. An like the one featured to the right is what your prospects will see. = For maximum exposure, send your listings to both principals and brokers. These groups are split into two tabs within your ProspectList. = If you have a price reduction, contact your ProspectList again. = Create a Saved Search to be alerted of competing listings in your market. 6 Property Website In just a few clicks, you can create a professional, maintenance-free website dedicated to your listing, and featuring your brand. Any changes you make to your listing details are automatically updated on your listing website. Quick and Easy Automatically populates from your listing Your Brand Features your logo not LoopNet s Open Access Anyone can view your website Log in to Hover over your name, and select My Listings from the drop down menu. Locate the listing you want to create a website for, and select Promote. Click Create Website. Select the template you want to use, and click Use This Template. Under Display Options, choose content you want to feature, and set registration requirements. Click Update. Choose template color options. Click Update. Click Save. Click Get Link to Site to copy and share the URL. = Add the URL to your newsletter, signature or property signage. To find the URL, go to My Listings, select Promote, click View All Marketing Options and copy the link at the top of the next page.

Simply choose the report template that meets your needs. Customize it, and send it off to your prospective clients or print for your own use. Easily Share Listings or print reports for clients and colleagues Save Time and Money User-friendly templates allow you to instantly produce quality reports Log in to Hover over your name, and select My Listings from the drop down menu. Click the checkbox to the left of each listing you want to include in the flyer or report. Select Create Report or Create Flyer from the navigation bar on the top of the listings. Select the template you want to use, and click Use This Template. Customize your report or flyer with your preferred content. NOTE: You can edit text directly on the template. Click Print, Download as PDF or Get Link to Report/Flyer to share.
