2 Building and Concessions Cleanup Equipment Clean up POD Delivery Date Fundraiser Dates (waiting on League for these). Registration. Registration on Saturday. Jeff will drop off equipment to baseball diamonds at 8:00am, and will be at Fondulac Park District Building at 8:30am. Jerry, Scott, Chris Billingsley, Angie Bell, Brett Walton and Dina will be at Eastside. Jeff, Tyler, Doug and Kim will be at Fondulac Building. Building Maintenance. Jerry to look into fixing Concession Window Cover. Tabled till next meeting. Jeff and Scott still pursuing ideas for Sign for upstairs window. Apparel. Discussed Lineman, Hit Squad and Coach s shirt logo options. Discussed pricing and availability of T-shirts and Holloway products from Coach Martin. Scott presented several options for the logo s. The following decisions were made and options that need to be looked into: Lineman Shirts. Scott to get pricing per shirt from Cindy s Logo design decided. Wording will be Outhit, Outwork, Outplay on front. Follow Me on Back. Hit Squad Scott to get pricing per shirt from Cindy s

3 Some liked the Skull Logo, but wanted to see if there were other options due to kids not be able to wear the shirt to school. Scott will get other options for logo from Cindy s to present Coach s Shirt Scott to get pricing per shirt from Cindy s Will go with logo presented, and see if we can get Raider s logo on the helmet. Will put Coaching Staff on the sleeve. Maroon Socks Cost $4.45 Will sell for $6.00 T-shirts Coach Martin will provide Cost $4.50 Sell for $8.00 Will order 50 Coach Martin will determine design. High School will be getting a black shirt. We will be getting a Maroon shirt. Holloway Long Sleeve Shirt Cost $28 Sell for $32 Coach Martin to determine logo and present Holloway Sweatshirt Quoted Cost of $31 Coach Martin to look into why cost is $5 more than last year Coach Martin to look into alternative Holloway Hooded Jackets Quote $35 printed from Coach Martin (Kesslers) Quoted $42 embroidered from Cindy s. Still a debate on which would sell, and if both are priced too high. Will continue to look for alternatives. Discuss Sizes to order

4 We didn t order any Large last year which was a mistake. Need to be sure to order this size this year. Discussed and decided to reduce number of XXL and order some 3XL. Youth Medium 12 Adult Small 12 Adult Medium 12 Adult Large 12 Adult XL -12 Adult 2XL 6 Adult 3XL 6 Total of 72 Will order 72 of Long Sleeve Shirts, Sweatshirts and Jackets Still need to determine sizes for T-Shirt Orders Eastside Day. League does not have issue with us having alternative schedule on Sunday. Will have to wait until we get closer to season and determine original schedule Will have to discuss with Team we are playing, the alternative schedule and see if they will be ok with playing on Sunday. New Business: Homecoming Parade Plan. Tabled till next meeting Sponsors. Brett will update Sponsor Form to include a short description that we can post on our website Will try to announce one Sponsor s description each game, and alternate We reviewed last year s sponsor and determined we need to secure at least 2 more paying sponsors for this season.

5 Website Release Form. Discussed whether we should keep website release form around. Do we still want to track who will allow there child s picture and/or name posted on the website, or stop considering it altogether. Was decided that we should keep the option open to post child s picture and/or name. We will still print the form for parent s to complete. Posting pictures on the website could increase the website traffic. Who will take care of posting the pictures is still undecided. Next Meeting: due to baseball schedules will try to have meeting on a Sunday afternoon. Jeff will send out on date.
