1 Regional Area Competitors, Enthusiasts & Racers FREE AGENT R.A.C.E.R. PROGRAM INFORMATION INTRODUCTION The Free Agent R.A.C.E.R. Program is a grassroots racing program open to any individual that would like to apply. The program is designed to help energetic up-and-coming racers with sponsorships, racing and education incentives. The program is for active racers who wish to compete during the season on new, current model year Free Agent racing bicycles. Discounts are given on the purchase of new bikes and accessories. Racers must also adhere to the conditions set forth by the program. All riders must be approved by Free Agent to join. HOW IT WORKS Program participants are allowed to purchase qualifying Free Agent racing bicycles and framesets at a significant discount off the MSRP. Bikes are shipped to participating dealers who assemble the bicycles (at no fee to you). This program will work in conjunction with the local bike shops. Frame set purchases will be made directly through Free Agent. Complete bikes must be shipped to a bike shop, with payment sent. You must fill out all 4 pages and return to receive items and become a R.A.C.E.R. member. FREE AGENT R.A.C.E.R. FREE AGENT R.A.C.E.R. CLASSIFICATION Racer Group 1: Girls, Experts, Pros As determined by ABA or NBL classification Racer Group 2: Novice, Beginner, Intermediate classes As determined by ABA or NBL classification Riders must have a bike shop that they will work with in their area. FREE AGENT R.A.C.E.R. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS 1) Must be an NBL or ABA Member 2) Qualifying Free Agent bike must be ridden at all events. 3) Free Agent jersey must be worn during all events. 4) Riders must adhere R.A.C.E.R. Code of Conduct. 5) Riders must submit racing results at the end of the year. 6) Riders must sign application accepting Free Agent R.A.C.E.R. terms and conditions. 7) Free Agent may revoke sponsorships at any time.

2 Code Of Conduct All Free Agent R.A.C.E.R. Team members become ambassadors for the Free Agent brand, and must adhere to a code of conduct as follows: 1) Racers will ride Free Agent brand bicycles exclusively on event days. 2) Racers will wear Free Agent team uniforms whenever possible while training, and exclusively on event days. 3) Racers will keep racing bicycles and team uniforms clean and presentable. 4) All bicycles must be properly maintained and in good working condition. 5) Racers will not wear clothing of competitive bicycle brands nor display decals or other promotional ties to other bicycle manufacturers on event days. 6) Racers will race fairly at all times. 7) Racers will be knowledgeable about the Free Agent brand and their bicycle. 8) Racers will act in a professional manner at all events. 9) In the event of any malfunction or broken frame, part or accessory, racers will not defame Free Agent or parts found on its bicycles in any way, shape, or form. Failure to follow the code of conduct is grounds for immediate dismissal from the Free Agent R.A.C.E.R. team. I have read and understand the rules stated in the Code of Conduct R.A.C.E.R.
