4 Amazon Payments Advanced Settlement Report The settlement report provides a detailed breakdown of your account activity for a given settlement period. You can download settlement reports from Seller Central on the Payments page under the Reports tab. The settlement report for Amazon Payments Advanced includes the data elements described in the tables. A unique AmazonOrderReferenceId is provided to you when buyer clicks the Pay with Amazon button and signs in using their Amazon username and password. This corresponds to the SellerOrderId specified in the SetOrdereReferenceDetails operation. USD USD ndescri ption Seller s or Amazon s description of the transaction. For Capture and Refund values, this corresponds to the optional SellerNote parameter in the API. For all other values, this is a human readable field set by Amazon, which may change from time to time. values if specified by the seller: Present for the values as determined by Amazon: Charge for Blue Sweater. Captures are credits to your account. Refunds are debits to your account. A-to-Z s and Chargebacks can be credits or debits to your account. Two Reserve entries will be listed in each report: A credit representing Reserves held in the prior A debit representing Reserves held in the current Carryovers may be credits or debits depending on undisbursed account balance in the prior settlement period. Adjustments may be credits or debits. Transfer is a debit to your account. Amazon s percentage fee associated with the transaction. Positive sign indicates a credit and negative sign indicates a debit.
