1 DIRECTIONS TO UM REHAB ENGINEERING We are located in the University of Michigan Hospital. Within the hospital, we are in the Med Inn Building on the 6th Floor. Our phone number is (734) If you are in the hospital, you can pick up any house phone and dial to reach us. If you use Mapquest or a similar service, use this address to get to the hospital: 1500 East Medical Center Drive Ann Arbor, DIRECTIONS Directions and maps are detailed below in these sections below: 1. Directions to the hospital. 2. Directions to Rehabilitation Engineering once you are in the hospital. 3. What to do if you get lost. 1. Directions to get to the hospital (map of Medical Center follows): Directions From the North Take US-23 South toward Ann Arbor US-23 South Splits at M-14 West Take the M-14 West Split (EXIT 45) by staying to the right Stay in MI-14 West for less than a mile. Take EXIT 3 (labeled US-23-Business Route) - toward Downtown Ann Arbor. This turns into North Main Street. Stay on North Main Street for less than a mile. Turn LEFT onto DEPOT ST. (this is the first traffic light). Take DEPOT ST. until it ends (less than a mile). Turn LEFT onto FULLER ST. and get into right lane immediately. Turn RIGHT onto MEDICAL CENTER DR. (first traffic light). Directions From the South Take US-23 North toward Ann Arbor Take EXIT 39 Geddes Road Turn LEFT onto Geddes Road and continue for approximately 4 miles (Geddes Road becomes Fuller Road after the first 2 miles). (You will pass the VA Medical Center and athletic fields). Turn LEFT onto MEDICAL CENTER DR. (traffic light).

2 Directions From the East Option 1: Take M-14 West to US-23 South Option 2. Take I-94 West to US-23 North Once on US-23, take EXIT 39 Geddes Road Turn LEFT onto Geddes Road and continue for approximately 4 miles (Geddes Road becomes Fuller Road after the first 2 miles). (You will pass the VA Medical Center and athletic fields). Turn LEFT onto MEDICAL CENTER DR. (traffic light). Directions From the West Take I-94 East towards Ann Arbor Take EXIT 172 (labeled I-94 Business) which immediately merges into Jackson Road. Stay on Jackson Road (which becomes Huron Street) for about 3 miles (you will pass through downtown Ann Arbor). Turn LEFT onto Glen Avenue (traffic light). Stay on Glen Ave (which becomes Fuller St) for less than a mile. Turn RIGHT onto MEDICAL CENTER DR. (traffic light). 2. Directions to Rehabilitation Engineering once you are in the hospital (maps of hospital follows). Refer to the maps below, it will make these directions more clear. If you valet park, you enter the hospital on Floor 1 of University Hospital. If you park in Parking Structure A, take the parking structure elevator to Floor 1 and to enter the hospital. Referring to the map of Floor 1 below, make your way to the Welcome Desk (marked "1"). Option 1. We will meet you. Ask the Welcome Desk staff to call Rehab Engineering (at ) and one of our staff will meet you there. Option 2. Directions to find your way. Turn left down the long hallway and take the East Elevators (across from the red pillar for Outpatient Surgery). Take the Elevators to Floor 2. (Now refer to map of Floor 2) Once off the elevators, you will immediately find a long hallway. Turn left down the long hallway and go past the cafeteria. Keep going (you will see the courtyard out the window on your left). Immediately after the courtyard, turn left towards the Med Inn. Proceed down this hallway. The Med Inn lobby will be on you left (it is carpeted). You will two elevators. Take either one to Floor 6. Rehab Engineering is right off the elevator on Floor 6 to your left. 3. What to do if you get lost. All hospital staff wear yellow badges. Please feel free to approach any one of them and ask for help. There are house phones throughout the hospital. Dial to reach us and we will meet you wherever you are located. On every floor, there are information centers. Please feel free to use them to get help or to have them call us.
