3 Timeacle provides your customer with the service ticket (call-in number & appointment ticket) at the terminals, at the reception Printing station * e.g. at an existing or at a printing station provided by timeacle, at a kiosk or terminal. Naturally you can also use any touch screen with PC and printer as a printing station. Employees * e.g. send appointments per at the reception with the PC at hand or laptop and available printer (laser, ink jet, receipt, stylus printer etc.) or as a call center employee Mobile * e.g. take the call-in number or appointment while on the move with the mobile phone or tablet. At home * e.g. via the internet with a PC or laptop and printer or per directly to a mobile telephone. *any possibility can be individually activated Page 3 of 12
4 Using timeacle... Using timeacle is easy! All the functions are easily understandable and reached after a few clicks. All the functions can be operated using all devices (PC, notebook, mobile telephone, tablet) per internet browser. The timeacle operator offers you various possibilities: Calling call in numbers (direct tickets) & appointment tickets Overview of the number of persons currently in the call parking selected Overview of the current waiting time per ticket Printing/issue of service tickets (direct & appointment tickets) Calendar overview (direct & appointment tickets) and much more... 5 Display and announcement of call-in numbers and appointments The respective employee announces the next customer by using Operator in the timeacle system. The display updates automatically on both the display panel and the mobile telephone. The customer is then advised directly on request of the respective counter or room to proceed to on the screen and on the mobile telephone. Additional functions on the display panel Blinking call-in numbers and acoustic signal Use of one display panel for several call parking functions is possible Additional incorporation of texts, pictures and videos Since the beginning of 2014 the display panel can even be configured in accordance with your suggestions and customized in design. 6 What does the service ticket look like? The service ticket offers a variety of further information besides the typical call-in number. Information on the service ticket: Company and/or logo Call parking (e.g. services at the counter or financial consulting) QR code for scanning URL of the service ticket Call-in number Date and time of the appointment (only for appointment tickets) Individual information text Date/time of the printout Ticket ID Page 6 of 12
7 Completely new possibilities for mobile telephone customers to use the service ticket... Should the customer have a mobile telephone then even more possibilities are available... Either the customer takes the service ticket with the mobile telephone (optional) or they scan the QR code on the service ticket or they enter the URL below the QR code directly into the browser. As a result the customer automatically always has an overview of which number is currently being called, how many persons are waiting ahead in the queue and how long the individual waiting time is likely to be. This allows the customer to move freely both within and near the waiting area e.g. go to a bistro or kiosk without worrying about missing the call-in. There is no need for an expensive notification by sms! How does it work exactly? The customer scans the QR code on the service ticket or enters the URL below the QR code manually in the browser... The customer has all the information on their mobile all the time and waits at a pleasant place... The customer returns punctually to you on site! Page 7 of 12
8 What does the customer do in the waiting period? Instead of waiting on site timeacle suggests to your customer what alternatives are available in the area. These can be suggestions regarding both current offers as well as credit voucher campaigns by businesses and cafes in the area. Your customers no longer perceive the waiting time as such but return to you punctually and relaxed. Page 8 of 12
9 Reservations prevent waiting times (appointment tickets) Allocate appointments and ensure your customer can plan the waiting time even better! Appointment tickets are automatically sorted into the existing call parking from the time requested. In order to ensure an orderly queuing process timeacle calculates the waiting time of all the customers already waiting and then offers appointment tickets only after the estimated call-in time of the person currently in last position. Naturally appointment tickets can also be booked several days in advance ensuring that more appointments are available at preferential times. There is also of course the option of using appointment tickets purely as an appointment planner (excluding the classic call-in system) The option of issuing appointment tickets can of course be deactivated at any time. Of course, you can use appointment tickets purely as an appointment planner without the classic queueing system You decide how wide the range of possibilities is to get an appointment. - With an employee - At home, on the computer - Mobile, on the road - Call center ticket number announcement or dispatch - Fully automated via a telephone tool by dialling keys The fully automated telephone tool is ideally suited to give your customers without internet access the opportunity to make an appointment without direct contact to one of your staff. Design calendars according to your requirements... Set up services with the required duration. Select different intervals in which appointments can be booked. Enter service information, which is to be sent/ given to the custome upon booking. (Things required for the appointment, etc.) Multiple choices and number of selected services are both possible. Our configuration permits you to decide whether the system is used anonymously, or whether data is transmitted to you when booking. Here you can not only choose between with or without data, you can also choose whether you wish to receive some or all of the data. (First name, last name, phone number & ) If you want to receive data from customer bookings, these will be indicated before confirmation.
