2 Jeni Jobson BSc.(Hons) Leeds in Applied Agriculture, F.C.C.A Jeni has worked several years as a Non Executive Director for the NHS firstly at East Staffs then at South Staffordshire PCT. Her experience includes Chair of the Audit and Financial and Performance Committees, as well as an active member of Provider Services boards and Quality and Safety committees. She was also the Non- Executive lead for funding for exceptional treatments and as a NED has been involved in a number of previous Staffordshire healthcare re-organisations. Jeni is a qualified chartered accountant and has worked for several blue chip companies including Bass, Marston's and Next in a number of financial and commercial positions, her most recent role being that of Finance Director on the board of a large distribution company. As well as extensive financial and management experience involving acquisitions and company restructuring. Jeni's career has also included positions in marketing, operations and international finance in Prague and China. Professor Roger Evans BSc Sociology and Statistics; PhD on The Policy and Practice of Diversion from Court, MA in Applied Social Studies; Certificate of Qualification in Social Work. Roger was appointed Professor of Socio-Legal Studies and Director of the School of Law and Applied Social Studies at Liverpool John Moores University and subsequently as Director of the School of Law, where he taught the DipSW professional social work programme, applied social studies, criminal justice and criminology. He retired in December Joined Tube Investments Ltd as a Management Consultant industrial sociologist - after reading for a degree in Sociology and Statistics at Swansea University. Appointed to a lectureship in sociology at Manchester Polytechnic followed by a lectureship in sociology-social work the Department of Social Policy and Social Work at Birmingham University. Ran the MSc in Socio-Legal Studies programme jointly with the Faculty of Law. Concurrently, with teaching postgraduate social work at Birmingham University, worked as a social worker including with the National Association of Young People in Care, the West Midlands Probation Service and the South Birmingham Family Service Unit. Collaborated with TNS-BMRB Social Research since 2011 and worked in and with the NHS since 2002.
3 Dr John Scarpello MB,BCh,MD,FRCP Graduated from the University of Wales and undertook postgraduate training in Nottingham and Sheffield. He gained a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Michigan and in 1981 was appointed Consultant Physician at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire specialising in diabetes, retiring in He established joint research studies with the University of Keele and was a Principle Investigator in the UK Prospective Diabetes Study. Elected to many national and international scientific associations, including Council of the European Diabetes Association and Diabetes UK. Served on various Department of Health committees and chaired the National Eye Screening Training Committee. He was a member of the Confidential Enquiry into Maternal and Child Health and the DH Expert Group on prevention of Thrombo-embolism in Hospitalised Patients. Examiner for the Royal College of Physicians, Seconded to the National Patient Safety Agency in 2003 and appointed Deputy Medical Director from From was Medical Director of the Royal College of Physicians responsible for Service Reviews for NHS trusts. He is currently a member of the Clinical Reference Group of Monitor. After retirement from the NHS he joined the Citizens Advice Bureau as a volunteer and chairs the Board of Trustees for Newcastle and Kidsgrove. Andrew Talbot ISEB/BCS Certificate in Project Management for Information Systems, Parity Training; PRINCE 2 Practitioner, Parity Training, Association of Project Managers; Chartered Engineer, full member of Institute of Engineering and Technology; Diploma in Management, full member of Institute of Management; BSc 2:1 (Hons) degree in Applied Science, Cranfield University; Young Officer Training RMA Sandhurst and Blandford, Joined BT in 2001 following 15 year career in the British Army. After Sandhurst he was commissioned into the Royal Corps of Signals and retired in 2002 as a Major. During his time in the Corps Andy completed an in service degree at Cranfield University, gaining a degree in Applied Science. Andy is a full member of the Institute of Management and the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Chartered Engineer. Prior to joining BT Andy s final role was with the Defence Research and Evaluation Agency where he was the Principal Military

Over the last 10 years within BT Andy has carried out a wide variety of roles including Strategic Partnerships Director for BT Group Strategy and General Manager ICT Product Portfolio for BT Retail Strategy -. Joined BT Security as its Transformation Director in Dec 2008 responsible for its creation and build, then its strategy, business plan and change programmes. Dec 2010 present Director Global Security Operations responsible for all Employee; VIP; Physical and Logical Security Operations for BT and approximately 750 of its largest MNC customers. This team has also just successfully delivered the IT, Network and logical security for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic games. Outside of BT and during the winter Andy is a passionate skier and mountaineer, and in the summer a keen cricketer David Pearson MBE Recently retired as Director of Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professionals at Combined Mental Healthcare NHS Trust following 39 years service in the NHS. David held the role of Director of Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professionals from October 2001 until retirement and was responsible for professional issues affecting nursing including the advancement of nursing practice and the training and development of nurses played a major role in managing the closing of St Edward s Hospital, Cheddleton and re-engineering local mental health services in line with National Service Framework standards David was appointed Clinical lecturer to Keele University s department of post graduate psychiatry and in 2005 made a visiting fellow in mental health nursing at Staffordshire University.

Geraint Griffiths, Deputy Chief Executive BA (Hons), CIPFA, MBA, PG Cert Commissioning, ongoing CIPFA CPD, Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Funding and Accountancy Twenty years experience working for the NHS, with fourteen years board level experience in a variety of primary care/health authority organisations. Several years spent in organisations committed to health and social care integration, including a joint transformation project in Sandwell and Heart and Birmingham. During the last five years this experience has been used as a leader of GP commissioning, MD of Provider Services in South Staffordshire to create a Provider vision for a fully integrated service. This has involved significant leadership both within the PCT, leading the vision and consulting with staff and unions and with the local authority with a strong focus on patient, staff and clinical engagement. Chair and member of a number of regional and national NHS committees and boards. Previously a Director of Castle Vale Community Regeneration Services, a third sector organisation. Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and in 2006 awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners work in education and holds the Certificate in Medical Education from Staffordshire University. 8 Tina Cookson, Director of Operations Tina has more than thirty years experience within the NHS having worked in both nursing and executive management roles. She is a well-known figure within the Staffordshire health economy following eight years in executive management roles in the NHS in Stoke-on-Trent, including a role as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. During her time within the NHS Tina has successfully established a positive reputation for her inclusive leadership style and for working closely with frontline staff. Before moving back to Staffordshire as Director of Operations at the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership Trust, Tina was Director of Nursing, Quality and Patient Experience in a successful acute Foundation Trust in East of England. Tina is looking forward to driving forward the Partnership Trust s integration of health and social care services as the Trust s 32 new nursing and social care teams go live across the county, as well as supporting our wide range of therapy and specialist services to continue to make a positive difference to our populations health and well being. Kieron Murphy, Director of Children s Services B.A.(Hons), M.B.A. Kieron has 25 years of experience in the leadership of health and social care including a number of joint roles. Kieron has considerable experience at Corporate/Board level including as Executive Director, NHS Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Director of Adult Social Services. In addition Kieron has led national programmes at the Department of Health and the Home Office and also established the National Mental Health Commissioning Programme and Joint Commissioning Panel for Mental Health. Kieron is passionate about quality and integration in health and social care and in his role as Director of Children's Services he also leads the Trust's response to the Francis Report.
