The Call is placed, and your Calling Line ID is displayed for this call. Call Park ex. *68 1. Place the caller on hold. 2. Press the assigned code (ex.*68). 3. Enter extension of phone on which call is to be parked and press # 4. Replace telephone handset. The Call is parked at the entered extension. Call Park Retrieve ex. *88 1. Lift Telephone handset. Press the assigned code (ex.*88). 2. You are now connected to your parked call. Call Pickup ex. *98 1. Lift Telephone handset. Press the assigned code (ex.*98). 2. The longest-ringing phone in your Call Pickup group is connected.

Press the assigned access code (*70) 2. The System plays down a confirmation announcement and then applies a dial tone. 3. The User then dials the destination number. 4. The Call Waiting service is now turned off so that you can make an uninterrupted call. 5. The Call Waiting service will be back on after the next outgoing phone call. Clear Voice Message Waiting Indicator ex. *99 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (*99) 2. The audible or visual (on some devices) message waiting indicator on your phone has been cleared. Direct Voice Mail Transfer ex. *55 1. Place your active call on hold. Press the assigned code (ex.*55). 2. The caller is then redirected to your voic . Directed Call Pickup with Barge-In ex. *33 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (ex.*33). 2. Enter the extension where the call is either ringing or active. 3. The User answers or joins the call for the specified extension. Do Not Disturb Activation ex. *78 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (ex.*78). 3. The Do Not Disturb service has been turned on. 4. The phone will not ring while this service is on.
5 Do Not Disturb Deactivation ex. *79 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (ex.*79). 3. The Do Not Disturb service has been turned off. Last Number Redial ex. *66 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (ex.*66). 2. The last outgoing phone number is redialled. Per Call Account Code ex. *71 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (ex.*71). 2. Dial the account code. 3. Dial the intended phone number. 4. The call is placed using the specified account code. Push to Talk ex. *50 1. Lift handset. 2. Dial * You will be prompted for an extension number. 4. Dial the extension of the party/group you wish to tannoy. 5. Say message. 6. Hang up when finished.
6 Speed Dial 100 ex. *75 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (ex.*75), followed by the prefix and two-digit code representing the phone number you would like to call. 2. The Speed number is dialled. Programming a Speed Dial Code To program a Speed Dial Code through the phone, the User dials the Speed Dial 100 feature access code, (default is *75). The User then hears the recall dial tone (three quick beeps and then a dial-tone). 2. The User then dials the two-digit speed code to be created or modified, followed by the digits to be associated with it. 3. The User then ends the programming with # or waits for the inter-digit timer to expire. 4. The service then announces the success or failure of the programming. Speed Dial 8 ex. *74 1. Lift the Telephone handset. Press the assigned access code (ex.*74), and the 2-9 digit number representing the phone number you would like to call. 2. The Speed number is dialled.
