4 Course Objective: This course aims to increase the technical terminology knowledge of students and develop the ability to comprehend reading by the selected readings related to metallurgical and materials engineering. Students will be reminded of some important grammer rules and they will be asked to create a team and make a poster presentation of a topic chosen related to metallurgy an materials to the whole department. Besides, a homework on literature survey will be assigned. Also, this course will give students an insight to key concepts of engineering ethics and demonstrate examples of failures and successes in decision making processes. Their evaluations will affect the success of the student. Learning Outcomes: 3 6 Increase technical terminology knowledge and develop the ability to comprehend reading.
