15 7 - Outlook and Sync Enhancements Multiple phone and address fields are available for field level syncing. Users can add notes to a contact and prevent it from being synced with CRM. 16 8 Sales Product Taxonomy Salespeople can see suggestions for cross-selling and up-selling and get recommendations for accessories or substitutes. This is now possible by setting up product hierarchies, creating bundles, product properties and defining product relationships. 18 10 Fields Calculated and Rollup with work in harmony with CRM You will now have the ability to create more complex field calculations that can run based upon a scheduled job, and complement business rules with real time integration.
