2 About the Presenters Larry Betz Director, Dynamics CRM, Armanino Larry has been involved in the CRM world for over 17 years. He has worked with many software systems, including Salesforce.com, GoldMine and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. He brings an understanding of how to design a CRM solution that works to improve a company's business process. Through Business Process Reengineering (BPR) he brings technology to the business leaders that helps them better manage their companies.

He has 10 years of experience working closely with Dynamics GP and 25 years of experience in IT Management. David leads the Dynamics GP Upgrade and Installation team as well as manages the Support Desk of the Dynamics GP & CRM, Intacct, Adaptive Insights, and Business Intelligence service lines.
