3 SOFTWARE SUPPORT LEVELS For each installation of Questica Budget, there are various software requirements, both for the server(s) and for client workstations. These software requirements listed below have each been assigned a Software Support Level. There are three Software Support Levels, and each level will affect your Questica Budget experience as described below. Questica will announce transitions between support levels for any software component that may affect your Questica Budget setup.! For all Software Support Levels, your current configuration of Questica Budget will continue to work as it does currently. The Software Support Levels affect your ability to upgrade to newer versions of Questica Budget either for bug fixes, or new features. Newly released versions of Questica Budget will work with this version of the software o Newly released versions may contain fixes to issues of varying severity levels o Newly released versions may contain new features and functionality Questica Support staff will work to resolve any issues you are experiencing on this version of the software. Not Newly released versions of Questica Budget will not work with this version of the software Questica Support staff will work to resolve issues that you are experiencing, with the following limitations: o Critical issues will be fixed on the final version Questica Budget that supported your software version o Non-critical issues will not be fixed for your version of Questica Budget. We will suggest workarounds where possible, and document the issue for future releases. End-of-Life This version of the software is no longer supported by Questica Newly released versions of Questica Budget will not work with this version of the software Questica Support staff will instruct you to upgrade the software before continuing to provide support.

4 SERVER HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS Physical Server Questica Budget is capable of running on any hardware, provided that it meets the preferred hardware recommendations for the operating system it is running. Virtualized Server Questica Budget can be hosted from a virtualized environment. As with a physical server, the virtualized environment must meet preferred hardware recommendations for the operating system it is running.
