2 DESCRIPTION OF IBB PROGRAM The Inside Berks Business program connects teachers and Berks county businesses. The teachers spend four days at the job site learning about the business. This is in order to make sure that the educators are giving the students the job skills that they need to enter the work force currently, after high school graduation, or after college graduation.
