To ssure correct tightening torque The fi rst step to zero fult production is obtined by using n ssembly tool tht delivers precise nd pre-determined torque. These tbles show the recommended torque for the most common types of screws nd bolts. The most common mterils re steel, luminium, plstic, wood nd vrious types of construction mteril. A hrd joint is tightened to full torque through tightening ngle of roughly 30 o fter the screw hs reched snug level. Since the pulses re very short, there is lmost no rection force in the hndle, only the much lower motor torque is trnsferred to the opertor s hnd. The pulse unit increses the torque generted by the motor times! As there is no metl-to-metl impct in pulse tool, pulse tools provide softer, more controlled pulse with considerbly less vibrtions nd noise thn n impct wrench.
