Our centres offer premium security which is underlined with our ISO certification. We perform a wide variety of digitisation and workflow services including: Document Scanning Bulk Scanning Microfilm/microfiche Scanning Scan on Demand Digital Mailroom Accounts Payable Solu ons Accounts Receivable Solu ons Book Scanning Large Format Scanning up to A0 Data Capture Human Resources Solu ons Architect / Engineering Plans and Drawings Recall are ISO 9001 certified and we follow strict procedures when handling your documents and are committed to the continual improvement of our services. If you re new to document scanning we can advise on the most appropriate digital formats, the most cost effective way to manage your project and how best to use your digital information. We can digi se your paper documents in to various formats: JPEG PDF Mul page TIFF Searchable PDF Text Recall can deliver images in the following methods: CD or DVD USB Flash Drive Secure FTP Via an ECM system We perform con nual checks during the scanning process to ensure we meet the highest levels of accuracy and quality. During the digi sa on process text can also be extracted using Op cal Character Recogni on or Intelligent Character Recogni on. Indexing can also be performed. Indexing is the data entry capture of unique iden fying informa on. Prepara on is an essen al element to any successful document scanning project. The removal of staples, paper clips and bands is me culously performed before scanning can proceed. On average prepara on of documents can take up to two thirds of the me taken to complete a project.
