5 Hainan Airlines Fortune Wings VIP Membership Levels and Exclusive Benefits The Fortune Wings Club Silver Card Exclusive Benefits and Services Extra 25% Bonus Mileage Reward Fortune Wings Club Silver Card members will receive extra 25% bonus Fortune Wings miles in addition to the mileage earned when they fly on HU/CN/8L/GS/PN/JD/HX/UO flights operated by Hainan Airlines, Grand China Air, Lucky Air, Tianjin Airlines, West Air, Capital Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines, and Hong Kong Express Airways. Priority Reservations and Waitlist Fortune Wings Club Silver Card members will have priority in ticket reservations and waitlist. MR. YANG KA Fee-Free Refund Before Check-in Is Closed (Domestic Flights) For Silver Card members that have purchased flights operated by Hainan Airlines/Grand China Air /Lucky Airlines/Tianjin Airlines/West Air/Capital Airlines that were eligible to earn mileage, they may receive a free refund before the flight departs. Silver Card members may only have their tickets refunded at the locations where the tickets were purchased. The rules are not applicable for the following tickets: Tickets are not eligible to earn mileage. Group tickets, open tickets or other special tickets that have No Refund stated on the ticket. Domestic tickets that include an international segment. Tickets carried by above airlines with the ticket number coming from another airlines (excluding Hainan Airlines affiliates). Check In At Business Class Counters Fortune Wings Club Silver Card members may check in at Business Class check-in counters, and may also check in at First Class check-in counters at airports without Business Class check-in. 05 1

6 10 kg or Extra Baggage Allowance Fortune Wings Club Silver Card members will receive 10 kg of extra baggage allowance or an extra piece of baggage. VIP Lounge Fortune Wings Club Silver Card members may relax at the Business Class Lounge before their flight, and at the First Class Lounge in airports without Business Class lounges. Interrupted Flight Service In the event there is an interruption in flight service, Silver Card members may enjoy dining, accommodation and airport lounges appropriate to Business Class benefits. 7 Priority Reservations and Waitlist Fortune Wings Club Gold Card members will have priority in ticket reservations and waitlist. Ticket Guarantee at Least 48 Hours Prior to Flight Departure In the event Hainan Airlines Economy Class tickets are sold out,fortune Wings Club Gold Card members seats will be guaranteed with preferential rights if you reserve at least 48 hours before scheduled departure time. But need to reserve at least 72 hours in advance during the golden week. We will guarantee a full price Economy Class seat for you as could as possible so that you may travel per your schedule. Fee-Free Refund Before Check-in Is Closed (Domestic Flights) For Gold Card members that have purchased flights operated by Hainan Airlines/Grand China Air /Lucky Airlines/Tianjin Airlines/West Air/Capital Airlines that were eligible to earn mileage, they may receive a free refund before the flight departs. Gold Card members may only have their tickets refunded at the locations where the tickets were purchased. 12 Applying for a Hainan Airlines Co-branded Credit Card Hainan Airlines, in cooperation with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the China Merchants Bank and the Agricultural Bank of China, is dedicated to provide you with multiple specially designated co-branded credit cards. The Hainan Airlines co-branded credit card has dual functions serving as the Fortune Wings Club program member card and an international credit card, serving you better by making your payments more convenient when making purchases internationally and also expediting your accrual of Fortune Wings Club miles to realize your reward of a "Refreshing Flight" dream sooner! Earn Mileage Anytime Anywhere For Peony-Hainan Airlines : 1 Fortune Wings Club mile will be earned for every RMB16 or USD2 spent on your credit card. For CMB Hainan Airlines Co-branded credit card: 1 Fortune Wings Club mile will be earned for every RMB18 or USD2 spent on your credit card. For Hainan Airlines Golden-kins Co-branded credit card: 1 Fortune Wings mile will be earned for every RMB15 or USD2 spent on your credit card. 14 General Information for VIP Members General Terms and Conditions for The Fortune Wings Club Frequent Flyer Program also apply to VIP members. For details on terms and conditions, please refer to The Fortune Wings Club Member Handbook or visit ffp.hnair.com. VIP membership is valid for 24 months from the day the card is issued. The VIP membership card is non-transferable during the validity period. In the event there is insufficient mileage or number of flights to meet the requirements to retain VIP status within 24 months from the date of VIP membership upgrade, the membership will automatically revert to a basic membership. The Fortune Wings Club processes VIP membership upgrades once every day. The new Gold or Silver card will be sent to qualified members the following day once they have met the requirements. Gold Card members will have a 10-digit exclusive card number beginning with 88 and Silver Card members will have a 10-digit exclusive card number beginning with 66. In the event the VIP member does not meet the requirements to maintain their VIP membership status within the validity period, their membership will automatically revert to a basic membership. VIP members must present a valid VIP card to enjoy the exclusive benefits stated in this handbook. Airport privileges and services are only available at airports where Hainan Airlines operates. Passengers must present their Hainan Airlines ticket on that day to enjoy the benefits. 10 Gold card membersˊcompanions must present a Hainan Airlines ticket on that day to enjoy the exclusive benefits stated in this handbook. Mileage to be calculated towards membership qualification or maintenance is based only on miles earned from eligible flights operated by Hainan Airlines, Grand China Air, Lucky Air, Tianjin Airlines, West Air, Capital Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express Airways. This excludes bonus miles, miles earned from partners or from other promotions. Bonus miles are credited into the mileage account as they accrue. Hainan Airlines Golden Deer Card members do not enjoy bonus miles for VIP members. Complimentary ticket refund service before check-in is closed for VIP members is only available to members who purchase paper or electronic tickets for flights that are eligible for earning mileage. This excludes all international scheduled and charter flights. This handbook is available in English and Chinese versions. In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Fortune Wings Club has the right to amend any content in this handbook.
