Veuillez compléter tous les champs obligatoires marqués par une astérisque*et joindre toutes les approbations requises. / This form should be used by Managers to submit a Job Data Change transaction. When submitting this form, complete all required fields designated with an asterisk (*). Please complete this form with all required approvals. Motif du changement du statut d Affectation / ASSIGNMENT STATUS CHANGE REASON (Veuillez sélectionnez un seul motif de changement en indiquant un «X» à côté du motif) / (Please Select Only One Change Reason by placing an X next to a reason) Le numéro à gauche du motif du changement représente le code prioritaire dans l ordre de choix, les codes sont classés par ordre croissant et quel que soit le changement que vous choisissez, il vous faut donc retenir le premier code de la liste qui correspond à votre choix. / The number to the left of the change reason represents the Change Reason hierarchy values. The numbers range in ascending order, and whichever change you encounter first on the list, is the reason you will select.
