3 1. OVERVIEW DOSED are a London-based production company, providing a comprehensive range of professional video services. For the last 3 years our work has been predominantly focussed around events promotion in the music industry, for clients such as Red Bull, Outlook Festival and FACT TV. Our versatile and expandable team - scaleable to any size of project - are able to provide a complete service from pitching to delivery. Whilst offering a broad range of high-end services, we also maintain extremely competitive pricing across the board. Outlined in this document are the main services we offer for events coverage. These services are applicable to events of all types and sizes and are scalable to almost any production budget. In-depth creative treatments, story-boards, technical drawings and mock-ups. Ultra HD 4K, aerial drone, professional steadicam and super slow-motion footage. Live-mixed multi-camera events coverage plus online streaming capabilities. 4 2A. ANNOUNCEMENT VIDEOS We have produced a wide range of announcement material for music festivals and events. Accurately reflecting the brand identity is extremely important, and we ensure that the announcement(s) stir as much audience excitement as possible. This content can be produced in three main ways; by adapting footage from previous events, by shooting new content (which can be abstract in nature) or by creating dynamic motion-graphics based video. Final productions are often a combination of all three. EXAMPLE 1: RED BULL CULTURE CLASH Red Bull decided on a loud visual style for their 2016 culture clash campaign. To fit this style and to tie in with the web and print assets, our series of announcements were motion graphics heavy. We also produced versions for Instagram, which were made without using any footage at all. EXAMPLE 2: BUGGED OUT WEEKENDER Combination of previous years footage with newly shot drone footage of the venue. EXAMPLE 3: OUTLOOK & DIMENSIONS FESTIVALS Outlook and Dimensions often release their lineups at similar times, and it is extremely important to reflect their different identities in the videos. This year we collaborated on the motion graphics to create their most distinctive line-up videos to date. EXAMPLE 4: PATTERNS BRIGHTON This Q1 artists announcement was produced entirely from stock footage and creative motion graphics techniques. We hand-drew the shapes to create a hand-made analogue look, in-keeping with the Patterns brand. P3 SERVICES BEFORE THE EVENT

5 2B. SUPPORTING CONTENT / HYPE To help promote an event and raise its profile we can also produce supporting content, such as artist interviews, venue overviews or conceptual event adverts. This content can range from short-form social media snippets to high-production value studio-based adverts and anything inbetween. EXAMPLE 1: FACT TV Artist interview between Plastician and Jammz, as part of Fact TV s ongoing head to head series. EXAMPLE 2: OUTLOOK FESTIVAL Using timelapse footage from the venue, we created an exciting site walkthrough video. EXAMPLE 3: FABRIC (FABRICLIVE 75 CD) This kind of abstract concept could also be used to promote an artist s upcoming performance. P4 SERVICES BEFORE THE EVENT

6 3A. LIVE MULTI-CAMERA COVERAGE BIG SCREEN FEED / ONLINE STREAMING / RECORD DOSED can provide full coverage of any on-stage performances using multiple cameras. Beyond our core team, we have a trusted network of skilled camera operators and AV crew who can be brought in to fulfill projects of almost any scale. The mix-feed (which can include opening/closing idents and lower-thirds titles) can be relayed to big screens or streamed online, and the full-resolution recordings can be delivered within hours of the event finishing. EXAMPLE: MOZILLA FESTIVAL At MozFest, we provided a live mix feed of all the on stage presentations over the course of the weekend. This feed combined 2 cameras with a graphics feed, and was supplied for streaming at 1080p resolution. The audio feed from the stage was mixed with an ambient microphone which picked up the audience. We used a Black Magic ATEM for the switching and shot on Sony FS700 cameras. For higher-budget multi-cam shoots we have also used broadcast cameras such as the PMW-350 pictured above. The online stream was watchable in a choice of resolutions (much like youtube), but full-resolution recordings were then made available online shortly afterwards. P5 SERVICES DURING THE EVENT

FAST TURN-AROUND CONTENT + LIVE UPDATES Throughout a festival or event, we are able to deliver short videos for social media with an extremely quick turnaround time, whilst maintaining the high production standard we are known for. Content cant be produced for any social media platform, including Instagram and Snapchat. These clips can take the form of interviews, performance snippets or epic drone shots and can be enhanced with pre-made brand idents or titles. EXAMPLE 1: #EMBRACEOPEN As part of Mozilla s Embrace Open initiative, we produced a compilation of interviews in a single day. It was presented to the audience in the evening and also featured B-roll material. We also have experience producing same-day overview edits which have been shown to the crowd at the end of an event. EXAMPLE 2: DIMENSIONS FESTIVAL Dimensions asked us to produce a short mini highlights of their opening concert, which was produced in an Instagram-ready format and ready for upload the following day. We are able to combine the highest standards in cinematography and production techniques with extensive post-production work to produce dramatic and exciting promotional films, which truly capture the essence of an event. EXAMPLE 2: MOZILLA FESTIVAL 2015 For three consecutive years, we have produced the annual MozFest aftermovie, combining insightful interview content with beautifully shot material from around the festival. The precise content, length and level of detail for these films is entirely flexible, and scalable to any size event or amount of budget. This can range from a simple 2-minute highlights video, beautifully shot with 1 camera, all the way through to a 15-minute narrative film covering the entire event. EXAMPLE 1: THREE YEARS OF SOMETHINKSOUNDS Simple highlights video covering a single club night. This was then used to promote numerous somethinksounds nights. P7 SERVICES AFTER THE EVENT

10 4B. DOCUMENTARY FILM At the top end of our range of services is documentary film production. This allows for an in-depth exploration of the subject. The most important aspect to these films is the story, and we work hard to ensure that the viewer is taken on an engaging journey from start to finish. We have a high attention to detail with all of our work - and long-length productions are no exception. From subtle foley audio through to the way lower-thirds titles appear on screen, every component of the film must be executed right. EXAMPLE: MARK KNIGHT - A YEAR IN THE LIFE This 25-minute piece followed the life of DJ and label-owner Mark Knight. We were asked to compile a years worth of footage from all around the world, together with interview content and motion graphics to tell the complete story. P9 SERVICES AFTER THE EVENT
