1 Unilever's Diversity Leadership Conference Available to current sophomores or juniors with a graduation date between May 2012 and June 2013 Unilever recruiting team is targeting sophomores and juniors scheduled to graduate between May 2012 and June 2013, that hold or have held, leadership positions in diverse organizations on campus or in their communities. The UDLC is an intensive and highly interactive one and a half day conference held in our North America headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The conference is designed for undergraduate students who hold leadership positions in diverse student organizations on campus or within the community. During the conference, students will interview for summer internships, and meet with Unilever s senior leaders through panel discussions, general forums, and networking sessions. 2 NATIONAL NUCLEAR SECURITY ADMINISTRATION NNSA is now recruiting high caliber recent college graduates and graduate students to compete for the Future Leaders Program (FLP) Class of The FLP is a structured two year development program that prepares candidates to fill entry level positions in the agency. Successful completion of the program can lead to a competitive appointment in NNSA. The selection process for future leaders is extremely competitive. Each class is comprised of 30 talented participants who are carefully selected for specific openings by the NNSA hiring managers. The training they undertake is rigorous and demanding, and much is expected of them. Their specialized training schedule includes 30 and 60 day rotations in different NNSA organizations around the country, and they will take on challenging assignments to prepare for a successful career executing NNSA s nuclear security mission. Program requirements and the positions we are currently recruiting for are summarized below. The FLP vacancy announcement is open until October 22, The qualifications for the FLP are: U.S. citizenship at time of application; Ability to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance and pass pre employment and random drug testing while employed; For a technical position a bachelor s degree or master s degree in an engineering or scientific discipline; For an administrative position a master s degree in a business discipline or a bachelor s degree, plus one year of appropriate specialized business experience; Graduation from an accredited university within the past two years; A 3.0 GPA or higher (candidates with at least a 2.8 cumulative GPA who have shown leadership qualities though excellence in extracurricular activities or work experience may also be considered); Ability to perform challenging assignments nationwide for two years; and A requirement to commit to NNSA for a minimum of 24 months after successful graduation from the program. Interns work four days a week on Capitol Hill, in federal agencies and at non profit organizations. On Friday afternoons, interns attend educational seminars that focus on domestic and international issues, participate in leadership training sessions and visit cultural and historical sites in the Washington, D.C., area. Each cohort must complete a team community service project in the surrounding community. CBCF provides housing and a $4,000 stipend.
