We ll provide the support and marketing materials you need to promote our online backup service as one of your own products including the offer of a free 30 day/15gb trial to all customers to test the CyberSecure service in their own environment. We ll assist you with the advice you need to identify the optimum service structure for your clients. Once a client is on board, you ll be able to get them up and running very quickly. There is no infrastructure required: we have everything already set up, including servers, client software, helpdesk facilities, recovery procedures and contracts with couriers. We ll provide you with ample documentation and support, including tutorials, user manuals, how-to guides and frequently asked questions. You ll have access to workshops and seminars for your technicians to learn more about the use of the CyberSecure software and backup/ recovery concepts. You and your team will have access to priority technical support. You can choose from two flexible billing arrangements. 4 Commissions and billing Commissions Commissions are payable at rates based on the level of our service provided to your customer. See Service Descriptions and Charges on page XXX for details of each service edition. Standard Edition - Commission: 10% CyberSecure Online Backup Standard Edition is designed for home and small business users with simple, non-server backup requirements. Advanced Edition - Commission: 15% CyberSecure Online Backup Advanced Edition meets the needs of power users and SMEs requiring server support. It includes recovery support for Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange environments. Enterprise Edition - Commission: 20% CyberSecure Online Backup Enterprise Edition is our high-end product designed for larger customers with sophisticated needs. It includes a hardware appliance which is placed into the client s network which centralises the backup process and provides a local cache plus a range of other features. Value-Added Extras and Recovery A range of value-added products are available in addition to each of our backup services, including technical support, set-up assistance, support for extra workstations or servers and site-replication. Data recovery via web-interface or FTP site is available to clients at all times free of charge. Full backup recovery via loan USB hard drives is available for a flat fee plus delivery charges. Billing Options We offer two billing models for generating sales under the CyberSecure partner program. Direct bill model We invoice your customer directly. Commissions are paid into your nominated bank account every month. MSP model We invoice you (the partner) for your customer s backup service. You then invoice your customer under your own brand, applying your own retail pricing as applicable. We pay commission as a rebate on a monthly basis. This model is suitable for managed service providers and IT integrators.

5 Technical details The CyberSecure Online Backup service has been meticulously designed to provide the highest levels of reliability and security available today. Features of the Service Virtual Full Backup Technology CyberSecure Online Backup uses a proprietary algorithm to efficiently replicate block level changes (deltas) automatically skipping duplicate blocks. Scheduled synchronisations create point-in-time open file snapshots (recovery points), providing Virtual Full Backups. Client/Server Architecture CyberSecure Online Backup works by installing an agent (client) on the target server to be protected. The target server can be a physical or virtual machine. Agents communicate over a private SSL tunnel with the CyberSecure remote storage servers. Bare-metal Recovery Bare-Metal disaster recovery is possible for Windows Servers & Workstations (via Windows 2008 or ShadowProtect plugins). An entire server can be effortless recovered from the ground up in a fraction of the time it takes using traditional backup methods. File-based Recovery Browse files from any recovery point using a Web-based Graphical Explorer. The CyberSecure appliance instantly re-assembles deltas back into files on-the-fly. Restore files to original or alternate location. Restore files to different servers. End-to-end Encryption CyberSecure supports strong encryption of offsite data using secret keys and the AES-256 cipher, enabling total secrecy of data stored on CyberSecure s faulttolerant network. Open File Backups The Windows Agent integrates with Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) providing online synchronisation of VSS aware applications such as Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange Server. Retention Policies CyberSecure can keep an unlimited number of previous backups for compliance, record-keeping or commercial purposes. Retention policies can be specified in days,weeks, months, quarters and years. Microsoft Exchange & SQL Server Integration Backs up Microsoft Exchange 2003 & 2007 and SQL Server 2000, 2005 & 2008 environments while running without any requirement to shut down applications or interrupt services. Exchange brick level backups ensures rapid recovery of individual mail items including s, contacts, tasks and calendar entries.
