Note 1: At DNH PDCL's Sub-Station : The 66KV PT having four cores arrangement by -- (i) The secondary terminals of Metering First core & Second core should be in two different terminal box at one face of PT Unit with proper Sealing arrangement facility for DNH PDCL's Metering and ABT Metering purpose respectively. (ii) The Third core & fourth core for control panel metering and protection purpose & the secondary terminals sholud be in other terminal box at other face of PT unit with proper sealing arrangement facility. Note 2: At Consumer End : (i)(a) For DNH PDCL's Metering : The PT Units having Dual Metering Core as specified above & in which First core is only for DNH PDCL Metering with proper Sealing arrangement facility in one box. (i)(b) There is one hole for cable galnd of 4 core 4.0sqqmm. Armoured cable to be provided (ii) (a) For ABT Metering : The PT Units having Dual Metering Core as specified above & in which second core is only for ABT Metering with proper Sealing arrangement facility in other terminal box at other face of PT. (ii) (b) There is one hole for cable galnd of 4 core 4.0sqqmm. Armoured cable to be provided

3 (iii) For Protection & Operation : The separate PT Units are required to be installed for Metering, Protection & Operation of Consumer's Equipments. Note 3 : The primary terminal connection shall be provided at side of upper tank. The manufacturer shall furnish the TYPE Test reports for the 66KV PT of the type and Design offered by him. The Tyep Test Reports shall not be older than FIVE YEARS and shall be valid upto expiry of the validity of offer. All the 66KV PT Units to be tested and certified from the Govt. approved NABL Laboratory. The Routine test as per the IS 3156 to be carried out form the Govt. approved NABL Laboratory. The Test Cetificate of NABL Laboratory should comprise Test Result of Folowing Tests.The Polycarbonate / Plastic seals of NABL Laboratory to be provided on each units after succesfully completion of all tests. Accuracy Test : The Limits of Voltage Error and Phase Displacement error at 80%,100% & 120% of rated voltage and 25% and 100% of rated burden at power factor of 0.8 Lagging mandatorily for all windings. Verification of Terminal Markings & Polarity (optional). HV Test on Primary Winding at 3 KV for 1 min (optional). H.V.Test on Secondary winding at 3 kv for 1 min (optional). Induced Over Voltage Test at 140 KV for 40 seconds & 150 Hz (optional). Partial Discharge Test (optional). The secondary terminals should not connected with Elmec connectors. Note 2: At Consumer End : (i)(a) For DNH PDCL's Metering : The CT Units having Dual Metering Core as specified above & in which First core is only for DNH PDCL's Metering the secondary terminals of First core are to be in one box at one face of CT unit with proper Sealing arrangement facility.. (i)(b) There is one hole for cable galnd of 4 core 4.0sqqmm. Armoured cable to be provided (ii)(a) For ABT Metering : The CT Units having Dual Metering Core as specified above & in which second core is only for ABT Metering purpose. The secondary terminals of Second core are to be in one box at one face of CT unit with proper Sealing arrangement facility.. (ii)(b) There is one hole for cable galnd of 4 core 4.0sqqmm. Armoured cable to be provided (iii) For Protection & Operation : The separate CT Units are required to be installed for Metering, Protection & Operation of Consumer's Equipments. Note 3 : The primary terminal connection shall be provided at side of upper tank. Note-4 :- The unit should be hermetically sealed and suitable for hot line washing. Note 5 : The manufacturer has to be given the certificate that "There is no electronic Remote Device /Switch etc..are provided inside the CT unit" Note : 6 The manufacturer shall furnish the TYPE Test reports for the 66KV CT of the type and Design offered by him. The Tyep Test Reports shall not be older than FIVE YEARS and shall be valid upto expiry of the validity of offer.
