The founders were experienced in real estate consulting as well as project construction management, which since is an important characteristic of the complexity of services provided for our Clientele. We deliver projects from cradle to fruition, while strictly representing our Clients, the developers, in the process. Our company has two main business areas: project management and real estate consulting. Through our real estate consulting services we have the ability to get involved in projects as early as the idea stage and support our Clients in developing the project, then with our technical consulting services and construction management activities we have the ability to realize the it. Our Clients have been characteristically companies with international background, requiring high quality international standard services and bilingual communication skills. Our strengths are most appreciated through involvement in projects where we can deliver added value through our dedicated focused approach, value engineering and professionalism. We are currently working with a staff of 12-15, having experienced architects, structural and M&E engineers. Our professionals are fluent and communicate in English and German. Our colleagues with top-level education continuously participate in further trainings and therefore, are able to meet the highest professional expectations, and possess the required professional qualifications. 3E International Kft has been certified ISO9001; ISO14001 and ISO18001, and UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) in The company also has a professional indemnity (PI) insurance. Organization of 3E International Our company is managed by the co-founder, charted surveyor Mr. Balázs Korintus, MRICS, responsible for the management for the business activities and leads the real estate consulting branch. This provides services in the scope of due diligences for investment projects, property valuations, feasibility investigations and project financial modeling. We also work for Clients in coordinating the acquisitions of their property portfolio expansions, and provide property management services. The project management business branch is headed by co-founder Mr. Gergely Laczkovich, experienced construction supervisor and project manager. The Project Management branch performs full scope management of projects including project preparation, enabling activities, design coordination, tendering, execution management and technical supervision.
