2 As a German-Hungarian joint venture, the Company was founded on 1 January 1990 under the name Petrov & Czirle Kft. In March 1998 the ownership and the company s name were changed, and the company continued its activities under the name Petrov & Társa Kft..As a result of outstanding progress, the company has operated invariably as a private company (Zrt.) since March Our business philosophy is to provide high-level service for our customers, with great flexibility and effectiveness. We are general contractors in the building industry, and our main activites include production and assembly of lightweight buildings and production halls. Our technical management has strived to meet developing construction standards on all fronts from the very beginning. Strong emphasis has been placed on the improvement of general technical standards, on the modernization of our machinery and tools, as well as on the application of the latest production technologies and training of our staff. We pay special attention to the application of technologies best suited to quality requirements therefore the company is certified ISO 9001:2008. The essence of our business philosophy is to fully take our customer s needs into account, and to provide them accurate and reliable technical implementation, combined with a courteous, fair and trushtworthy approach, and fairly positioned, Both the quantity and quality of our machinery, as well as our general technical facilities and equipment fully satisfy the expectations and the advanced technology of our age. As a result, we have grown into a dynamically developing company, recognized in professional circles.
