The HRCP program thoroughly covers the essential topics in human resource management. The HRCP program is based on the content outline used by the HRCI in designing the HRBP exam. HRBP Certification Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP ) credential demonstrates mastery of generally accepted technical and operational HR principles. This credential has been developed to validate core human resource knowledge and skills and demonstrated mastery of generally accepted principles, independent of geographic region. Through demonstrated knowledge, HRBP credential enhance the credibility of HR professionals and the organizations they serve.

3 HRCP learning system modules The program provides a comprehensive and affordable alternative for studying. For the HRBP certification exam the HRCP Program features six units, one covering each functional area of the exam. Each unit is bound separately and includes an index and a list of key terms. The program also includes the HR QuikStudy Flash Cards. Those preparing for the exams can quiz themselves and review key human resource terms and concepts with more than six-hundred convenient, business card-sized flash cards.
