Description WaterPointe II is known as the All Seasons Resort due to its attractive amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, an ocean-front outdoor pool surrounded by a spacious deck and a very large ocean-front sun deck. The property is well-maintained and attractive, and the views of the ocean and the strand are spectacular in both directions from our 7th floor condo! It s also quiet enough on this stretch of beach for you to hear the waves at night while you sleep. Ahhhh! Our condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. We are continually updating our unit for you, our customers - our guests tell us that it is exceptionally well-equipped with all the comforts of home! We have recently purchased a new sleeper sofa, new drapes, replaced carpet and floor, completely remodeled the kitchen area (2012) and totally renovated both bathrooms (2015)! It is important to note that you are renting directly from the owner of the property - this is our personal vacation home! Our rates INCLUDE departure cleaning and linens. We have 2 elevators in the building and 2 private parking lots. One of the parking lots is on the street side of the building, the other is directly across Ocean Blvd. Owner provides parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Thank you! Cancellations: Refund of deposit and rent will be made if reservation cancelled at least 2 months before arrival. Otherwise no refund unless unit can be rented; if rented for less than your rate, difference will be deducted from your refund. All refunds subject to $50 cancellation fee. Security Deposit: Security deposit of $200 is refundable by mail after departure, if unit is reasonably clean and undamaged and keys are returned within 7 days. Charges for lost keys, extra cleaning, lock-out service, etc., will be deducted from security deposit. Your liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit. We are continually updating our condo for your comfort and welcome suggestions from you, our tenants, on ways to make your stay even better the next time you visit! If you have a larger group, please note that we have access to two other units at WaterPointe II (friends of ours who also rent their own condos)! If all units are available, we could accommodate a group of 18 people! We hope that you enjoy staying in our condo as much as we do!
