4 Introduction 4 Introduction This track provides a unique opportunity to engage in cross-disciplinary coursework in unified communications solutions for enterprise networks starting form the traditional Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems migrating towards the advanced IP-PBX systems and collaboration networks. Our training track do follow a detailed format that includes high-level training of key topics, case studies and interactive learning, updated materials, Group activities, and up-to-date equipment.

It combines rigorous technical education with invaluable business insight and entrepreneurial skills. The program provides all the theoretical aspects and hands on practice labs in the field of voice and video over IP network and the evolution to collaboration and unified communication solutions.

7 Objectives Objectives This course provides all the information that the trainees need to know about 1 voice and video over IP networks beginning from the traditional Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems migrating towards the advanced IP-PBX systems and collaboration networks. The course progresses from a simple first configuration onto voice and video over IP networks and PSTN integration along with the provision of unified communication features. The concept of unified communication is explained with how to implement and configure. The training incorporates the most current platforms and enhancements, along with real-world deployable configurations enabling the trainees to gain practical knowledge and skills. 4

28 rofiles Job Profiles Job 1: Voice Solutions Engineer Design, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data, voice, and video infrastructure. Perform analysis on trunk utility and optimize IP and PBX Communication server for capacity building. Perform troubleshoot on all voice & video services for all LAN and WAN hardware modules and configure appropriate communication media modules. Monitor all customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of same. Plan network capacity for network and perform troubleshoot on existing network. Coordinate with technicians and perform installation and migrations of various technology solutions within network.
