1 2016 Bathurst 1000 Campervan Package Our campervan package is for the fans that want to roll out of bed and be able to smell the burning rubber and you can t get any closer to the action than camping on Mount Panorama. If this sounds like you, this package has everything you ll need. Depart Auckland/Wellington/Christchurch (other NZ airports available, but may increase your quote) on Tuesday 4 th October, arriving in Sydney and spending that night at the 4-Star Adina Hotel Sydney ( The next day pick up your Maui Campervan, either a 2-Berth (with 1 double bed OR 2 single beds), 4-Berth (with 2 double beds) or 6-Berth (with 3 double beds) and take the 3-hour drive through to Bathurst. You ll spend 5 nights at your own allocated campsite on Mount Panorama, just a short walk from the track. On Monday 10 th, you ll pack up the campervan and drive back to Sydney, returning the campervan and staying another night at the Adina Hotel Sydney, before flying back home on Tuesday 11 th October. 2 NOT INCLUDED in this package are food, alcohol and petrol costs. Also not included are transfers from the Adina Hotel Sydney to the Maui Campervan Depot and back, as the easiest and cheapest way is to catch a taxi. We can provide a map and directions, if required. For this package you are looking at $2,600 per person, based on four people sharing a 4-Berth Campervan. However, prices will vary from around $2,250 - $3,300 depending on the number of travellers, campervan size, departure city and optional extras, as always you can personalise this package to suit. For a full-personalised quote or to book this package visit, Optional Extras: A shorter trip without nights in Sydney We can look at doing this package without the accommodation in Sydney, which can save you around $250 per person. This would mean arriving in Sydney on Wednesday 5 th October and picking up your campervan that morning, then heading straight through to Bathurst, staying 5 nights and then on the Monday 10 th driving back to Sydney, returning your campervan and flying back to New Zealand that evening. Or you may prefer to just stay one night in Sydney. Please note, this is only available if flying back to Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, if you are flying to a regional New Zealand airport, you would need a stopover in one of these cities or stay the night in Sydney. Saving you around $250 per person Upgrade to a Premier Apartment Upgrade to a luxurious 4.5-Star Premier apartment at the Adina Hotel Sydney Central, just the thing for pre and post Bathurst relaxing! Premier apartments are more spacious, feature nicer décor, better views and are higher level apartments. Starting from an extra $100 per person (covers both nights) Stay an extra night or two in Sydney If two nights isn t long enough for you, then we can extend your trip. Just let us know if you would like to stay extra nights. Starting from an extra $150 per person, per night 4-DAY GRANDSTAND UPGRADE OPTIONS: Your package includes 4-Day General Admission tickets, which allows you the freedom to roam the Mount Panorama circuit and check out the action from a number of different vantage points. There are also two grandstand upgrade options available;

3 Pit Straight Grandstand (UNCOVERED) For a better view and a reserved seat for the whole four days of racing, upgrade to the Pit Straight Grandstand, which also includes access to all general admission areas. Extra $200 per person Mountain Straight Grandstand (COVERED) You don t get a better view of the track than from the Mountain Straight Grandstand; this ticket includes your grandstand seat as well as access to all general admission areas. Extra $250 per person Grandstand tickets are only available in 4-Day passes, you cannot purchase single day grandstand passes. While we endeavour to allocate you in the grandstand you would prefer, we cannot guarantee you will get your preference. All tickets include Paddock Pass access, which gives you a behind the scenes look at where all the action takes place. From inside the Paddock, you can see the teams working in the garages, the amazing purpose built team transporters and maybe even grab an autograph. Upgrade to Corporate Hospitality - Why not treat yourself and go with a corporate hospitality package? There are a couple of different options available for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Corporate Hospitality includes; grandstand seating, paddock pass access, morning tea, afternoon tea and buffet lunch, complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks, television monitors, souvenir programme and a corporate gift. Starting from an extra $750 per person (Friday Only), $1,550 per person (Saturday & Sunday) or $1,875 per person (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) What You Need to Know: Flights While our package pricing is for flights departing from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, let us know if you would prefer to fly out of a different airport and we can cater the quote to suit you. Boys Trip has established an excellent partnership with Air New Zealand and they are our preferred carrier for all our packages. Your package includes Air New Zealand s The Works fares, which include 23kg of checked baggage, 7kg of carry-on luggage, seat requests and in flight meals and drinks. If you would prefer one of their other fare types, Seat Only (no check in baggage, no meals) or Seat and Bag (no meals), Premium Economy or Business Class then just let us know and we can take care of this for you. Where ever possible we will book you with Air New Zealand, however, some routes are operated by Virgin Australia.

4 All flights include the $25 New Zealand Departure Tax Fee, which is included in the cost of your airfares. Campervan We used Maui Campervans, their 2-Berth Campervans have one double bed or two single beds, 4- Berth Campervans have two double beds and 6-Berth Campervans have three double beds. All campervans have a toilet and shower. When requesting a quote please specify what size camper you would prefer. Our package includes all rental charges, levies and zero accident liability excess, however, the Maui Depot will still require an AU$250 credit card authorisation (which is a temporary hold on your credit card), which is released when the vehicle is returned. Your campervan package includes; accident liability down to a zero excess and no bond to pay (just a $250 credit card authorisation), unlimited kilometres, picnic table and chairs (chairs per person), GPS, baby, child or booster seats, rollover cover, WIFI, including 1GB of data, additional drivers, portable fan/heater (if required), pillows, pillowcases, towels, sheets, duvets, cutlery, cooking utensils, all taxes, duties, vehicle registration recovery and administration costs. There are also optional extras we can arrange for you including; High Chair (AU$23 per rental), Personal Safe (AU$20 per rental), First Aid Kit (AU$35 to purchase - supplied with your rental and only charged if opened) and Esky (Chilly Bin) (AU$23 per rental). * additional item prices are subject to change without notice ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER. Campsite There are six different types of campsites available, please specify on your quote request form your first and second choices. Please note that with the campsites being on Mount Panorama this does mean that a lot of the sites are on sloping ground, while we will endeavour to secure the best campsites available, we are unable to change the geography of the campsites. Campsite options are; McPhillamy Park Campsite (for the hardcore fans, located right on the top of the Mount), Sulman and Reid Park, The Paddock (more of a family orientated area), Max Cameron (down the bottom), The Chase and the Powered Motor Home Park. The Powered Motor Home Park is the only campsite

5 with powered sites. Having a Powered site is a bit of a luxury, as everything in your campervan runs off either battery or gas power, other than the microwave, which requires 240V generator power. All campsites are approximately 10m x 8m. All camping grounds have toilet and shower amenities, but not cooking facilities. Please note, while we will do our best, we cannot always guarantee your first choice of campsite. Sydney Accommodation We prefer to use the Adina Hotel Sydney in Sydney City, this is a 4-Star property, with a selection of 4.5-Star Premier Rooms. Take your choice from a Studio Room or Premier Studio Room (Queen Bed), 1-Bedroom Apartment or Premier Apartment (Queen Bed or 2 singles), 2-Bedroom Apartment or Premier Apartment (2 Queen Beds or 1 Queen & 2 singles or 4 singles) or 3-Bedroom Premier Apartment (3 Queens or 2 Queens & 2 Singles or 6 singles). Tickets Our Campervan Package includes 4-Day General Admission tickets (with Paddock Pass access) to the 2016 Bathurst You can opt to upgrade to a 4-Day Pit Straight Grandstand ticket (extra $200 per person) or a 4-Day Mountain Straight Grandstand ticket (extra $250 per person). The Mountain Straight Grandstand is the only covered grandstand. Grandstand tickets are only available in 4-Day passes, you cannot purchase single day grandstand passes. While we endeavour to allocate you in the grandstand you would prefer, we cannot guarantee you will get your preference. Transfers Included in the package are transfers from Sydney Airport to the Adina Hotel Sydney on the 4 th and from the hotel to Sydney Airport on the 11 th. It does not include transfers to and from the Adina Hotel Sydney to the Maui Campervan Rentals Depot (located in Mascot, about 20 minutes from the city). We can arrange transfers to and from the Rentals Depot if you wish, however we find that with a small group, it s cheaper to just get a taxi and we can give you directions/map to the depot.
