2 RUC CHARGES: (RUC Rates are current but subject to government changes) Road User Charges (RUC) is paid on diesel fuelled vehicles in New Zealand. We require a deposit of NZ$ to secure a reservation, and the balance of the hire is payable in full 42 days prior to the start of your hire. DEPOT HOURS/COLLECTION AND RETURN OF YOUR MOTORHOME The Depot is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. Your vehicle will be available on the first day of hire between 9.00 am pm, before 9am after 4.00pm an out of hour's pick-up will incur an additional fee of $75.00, if arriving late due to delayed/late flight arrival and vehicles are not available to leave the depot if you arrive after 5.30 pm. Show through and paperwork will take a minimum of 1 hour. All vehicles must be returned to Iconic Motor Homs s depot on the final day between the hours of 8.00am to 2.00 pm. late return incurs additional fees ($ for 1st hour $50.00 per hour after). We are located 20 minutes taxi ride from Christchurch International Airport, and Auckland CDB, and five minutes taxi ride from Auckland International and Domestic Airport, and Christchurch city centre. Super shuttles are located outside the airports and can be pre-booked for your convenience.

3 PAPERWORK AND SHOW THROUGH This will take between 1 hour and 1.5 hours, minor delays may be possible due to several clients arriving together. Allow sufficient time on collection of the vehicle, as we will not allow our motorhomes to leave the depot until Iconic Motorhome's are happy that you are able to operate the vehicle and its features successfully. Clients travelling by air are advised to overnight in a hotel for flights exceeding seven hours. Severely jet lagged clients will be advised to return the following day for their own safety. All Hirers are required to be present for collection of the vehicle, paperwork, show through and familiarisation of the vehicle. DRIVING A MOTORHOME: You will be required to have a valid full driver's licence, and a minimum age of 25 years, also a requirement of at least 5 years driving experience on a full licence. No maximum age applies, if you are elderly and feel capable of driving these vehicles that s fine with Iconic. Our insurance will require a medical certificate for those in excess of 80 years. Licenses must be in English, or be the type which has clear symbols showing driving classes; alternatively an international driver s licence will be required. No special licence is required to drive these vehicles. NB: For all clients it is advisable to have driven a larger than average vehicle prior to hire, or to have driven a vehicle whilst towing a trailer. Most motorhome dealers in your country of origin offer short driving courses for motor homes if you feel at all unsure about driving a larger vehicle. Maximum luggage allowance applies to vehicles. Allow 20kg per person for 4/6 travelling together. Escape will hold soft bags only for travel. 40kg per person for 2 travelling together. (Subject to exceptions below) Vehicle demurrage Maximum premium payable per hire equivalent to 60 days hire BOND/SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS: On collection of your vehicle you will be required to have supplied a current credit card of which the bond will be deducted vehicle and insurance option dependant (see above). The Security Deposit/Bond will be refunded to your credit card, less any charges incurred for road user charges (for all hires of 12 days and under) and any excess mileage, and subject to the vehicle being returned un-damaged, toilet canister emptied with diesel tank filled, LPG gas bottles re-filled, no interior damage, no damage to the awning items lost or stolen And in a clean and tidy condition inside and exterior. Motorhome returned on time on the final day (prior to 2pm) Bond Refunds may take 3-7 days to reach your credit card account. Iconic Motor Homes cannot be held responsible for currency fluctuations which occur during this period of time. Fines and penalties incurred during the hire for speeding/parking/toll fees are required to be paid on receipt by Iconic Motor Homes; these can arrive up to a month after the end of hire and an additional administration fee will be payable of $ Should you have an incident/accident whilst on hire which has caused damage to your motorhome or a third party property, this must be reported to Iconic Motorhomes within 24 hours. If an accident or other damage of some kind occurs you are always required to pay the excess (the bond) in the first instance even if the damage was not caused by you, and another bond is charged (i.e. One bond per incident). The bond is refunded as soon as Iconic Motorhomes receives a payment from a third party. This can of course take some time. Bond Refunds if the motorhome is returned damaged then the Bond is refunded after the damage is repaired and the cost can be allocated. PERSONAL TRAVEL ACCIDENT INSURANCE: Iconic Motor Homes strongly recommends that you take your own personal travel insurance, if you are responsible for any accidents and are in breach of our terms and conditions, i.e. drink driving, dangerous driving, driving in restricted areas, you will be responsible for damage to our vehicle and to any third party. Your personal possessions are also not covered by our insurance, nor are cancellation, or any early return of your hire due to unforeseen circumstances. THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY COVER This is provided by Iconic Motorhomes Limited, New Zealand and covers damage to third parties and third party property. The renter him/herself is not insured for bodily injury and passengers do not count as third parties such that they are also not insured for injury or property damage/loss. We do not provide this kind of insurance cover for any passengers. In New Zealand third-party insurance is not compulsory. Therefore, in the event of an accident

5 involving an uninsured driver or if a third party flees the scene of an accident the renter will be liable up to the level of the excess even if he/she is not at fault INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS ALL OPTIONS All insurance cover is null and void if the terms of the Iconic Motorhomes rental agreement are breached. Any damages to the motorhome that are caused when the renter acts outside of the terms & conditions are not covered by the insurance supplied. Any water and/or saltwater related damage where the renter is at fault is not covered by the insurance. The insurance does not cover damage in the case of any vehicle submersion, the vehicle being stranded in a water area, driving through causeways or beach driving. Any personal property that is damaged, lost or stolen during your hire is not insured. Private insurance should be purchased in your home country to cover any such issues. In the cases listed below the renter is fully liable for damage to the rental vehicle and third-party property, i.e. No insurance cover whatsoever is provided in the following cases: Water/saltwater-related damage as listed above, and to electronic items supplied internally with the motorhome. Driving and activities that are in breach of the rental agreement conditions, including: Driving under the influence of drugs. Driving under the influence of alcohol. Driving under the influences of jet lag. Reckless driving. Dangerous driving. Negligence and or Negligent Driving. Driving on restricted roads including ski access roads and un-sealed roads. In the following cases the renter is liable for the full amount of damage caused either to the rented vehicle or to the property of a third party involved: Damage to the interior of the vehicle, interior fixtures and fittings including roof lights and fly screens, cooker tops and work surfaces and additional purchased hire items. Damage to the roof or under body when driving off the main road. Awning. Roof mounted Satellite Dish Damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel or when water or oil, etc. are not topped up to minimum required levels (causing overheating, frost damage, etc.) or where warning signals in the vehicle are ignored. Costs that arise for towing and recovery of vehicles that have been stranded or submerged as a result of the driver s actions. Repairs, vehicle damage and towing costs that are incurred because of driving on unpermitted roads or in forbidden areas. Costs incurred if vehicle keys are either lost or locked in the vehicle or suffer water damage If damage is caused as a result of people using the vehicle without the permission (not registered in rental agreement) of the rental company. If more passengers are in the motorhome than the maximum number allowed If any member of the rental party deliberately damages any part of the vehicle. And (unless you purchase the No Worries option + NZ$ Per day) Windscreens (covers 1 screen only). Tyres (covers 1 tyre only). Damage to the roof or under body. (Excluding: campsites, picnic areas, car parks, service stations and other privately owned land or roads). Costs incurred by Iconic Motor Homes as a result of the vehicle being out of action due to damage caused by the renter (local daily rate in NZ$ for max. 7 Days)

6 CANCELLATION POLICY/ EARLY RETURNS: + 60 Days before pick up Deposit of NZ$ Days before pick up 25% of hire (minimum NZ$ ) Days before pick up 50% of hire (minimum NZ$ ) 0-29 Days before pick-up 100% of hire Early return of vehicle No refund CHANGE OF VEHICLE: If, for reasons beyond our control, the reserved vehicle choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute the reserved vehicle at no extra cost to the client. This shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the hirer to any form of refund. VEHICLE CATEGORY DOWNGRADE/UPGRADE: Should the hirer decide to take a lesser category vehicle than booked within 14 days of pick up or during the rental, no refund will be paid. In the case of an upgrade the rate difference is payable. *Some features vary between models of the same name. SMOKING AND ANIMAL RESTRICTIONS: Smoking in Iconic Motorhome's vehicles is strictly prohibited, and offenders will be charged a fume removal fee of NZ$ 500. Animals are also not permitted in any vehicle during your hire and the same cleaning fee will apply. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: If, for reasons beyond our control, no vehicle is available to the hirer, Iconic Motor Home's liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge in full. In the case of mechanical failure (unless caused by the hirer), Iconic Motor Home's liability will be limited to the hire charge for the remainder of the hire period. Failure of appliances and fixtures and fittings during your hire, are often beyond our control to repair, due to isolated locations and no compensation is payable for failure of these items during your hire, or time spent having items fixed if necessary. REPAIRS: Mechanical Repairs of up to NZ$ 100 may be affected without authorisation and will be reimbursed with presentation of receipts. Amounts above NZ$ 100 would require approval from Iconic Motor Home's on-road assistance. Appliance repairs (fridge/freezer, TV/DVD, satellite system, GPS, stove, oven, microwave, reversing camera, control panel, and hire extra's) during your hire will potentially require the vehicle to be returned to the nearest rental depot for repair/replacement at the hirers own cost. Prior to all hires maintenance checks of all features of the motorhome are checked fully to ensure they work fully. VEHICLE RETURN: All vehicles must be returned to the Iconic Motor Home's Rental location, on the agreed date, at the agreed time in a clean condition with no damage incurred to the Iconic Motorhome or third party property, with the toilet cassette and waste water tank emptied, diesel full and LPG gas cylinders full and no equipment lost or damaged. A fee of NZ$ 100 will be charged if the toilet cassette is not emptied, or the toilet is not clean and interior/appliance cleaning fees may be payable, as per current rates as per our Rental Agreement.

7 Refuelling at our depot will be charged at NZ$3.80 per litre of fuel plus a handling fee of NZ$ Re-filling gas bottles will be charged at $35.00 per bottle plus a handling fee of $ GENERAL We reserve the right to change prices for hire rates without notice, but if you have confirmed a booking for a hire you will have accepted the price to you as offered at that time. At the time of receiving a quotation for a motorhome you must check the prices quoted are correct against the website upon receipt, and Iconic Motor Homes will not provide a vehicle or service at a discounted rate. If Iconic Motorhomes realises that a mistake after a booking confirmation has been sent, it is understood that you are aware of the error, are aware of the actual cost of the hire, and will not provide a vehicle unless you agree to accept an amended quotation. Whilst including the same facilities, some of our motorhomes may have fabric finishes different to those shown on our pictures. Swift update interior fabrics annually, but all are of an extremely high quality and are of modern design and finish. Any claims or legal action in connection with the provision of our services to the client will be governed by the laws in New Zealand. Any claim or legal action against the suppliers is likely to be subject to the terms and conditions of our contract with them GST Rates are current but subject to government changes.
