Our single flats for one tenant are between 25 and 35 m², the doubles offer you over 40 m² and in the large 2-bedroom flats you have between 70 and 100 m² at your disposal! Every flat has its own living area, so you will never have to sit on the bed to watch TV. (unless you want to!) More at the right price... Our prices are up to 50% less than regular hotel prices. Unlimited Freedom & Privacy... Each flat has its own kitchen with a standard refrigerator, cooking plates, a microwave and all other kitchen equipment. You can easily cook your own meals when you don't want to have diner in a restaurant. Like most apartment complexes you can enter our buildings without having to go by the reception desk. Nobody will know when you enter or when you leave, so your privacy is ensured Our maintenance crew only enters the rooms on request. Everything you need and more... All the standard home utensils and appliances you can possibly imagine are available in the flat: pots and pans, forks and knives, a coffee maker, a clock radio, a microwave, bed linen, a TV, a stereo, lamps, carpets, paintings, all kinds of decoration - it will be your home away from home. Everything is available for your immediate use and you will be able to receive guests in a comfortable way. The flats have regular home-like furniture witch can be moved by the tenants. Budget Flats offers you the option to order baskets of groceries when you make your reservation. Then, when you arrive, all the cupboards in your apartment will be filled with whatever ingredients you need to have a great start to your stay. We also offer breakfast baskets at very competitive prices. The baskets are delivered the night before your arrival and also include some snacks which you can dig into right away! We also recommend the basket of Belgium goodies and the basket of Belgian beers. Belgian chocolate or the world-famous Belgian beers are always appreciated by guests or can be a delectable souvenir for the people who stayed home. These are the options. All you have to do now is take your pick! Breakfast basket Start the day with a hearty and healthy breakfast, without losing much time! Order the complete breakfast basket now, and you will receive it the night before. It includes fresh buns, milk, cornflakes, fruit juice, etc., but also some snacks which you don t have to save for the next morning! Price: 12 EUR/person Basket of Belgian beers A long work day, a difficult trip, stress at work... Allow yourself a relaxing moment with a delicious Belgian beer! This is a selection of the heavier Belgian beer types. This basket includes not only the classics, such as chocolate and pralines, but also local and less familiar products, such as pepper cake, pear syrup, preserves, etc. Price: 50 EUR Starter basket and Startersbasket VIP Nothing is better than to have some goodies waiting for you in the cupboards when you arrive. 5 Available Flat Types Basic Flat The basic flats have a size of approximately 25 square metres. With all flats of this type, the bed, the living area and the kitchenette are located in the same space. You will also find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet in the flat. Budget Flat The 'budget flats' have a size of approximately 25 square metres. With all flats of this type, the bed, the living area and the kitchenette are located in the same space. You will also find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet in the flat. This flat provides every comfort. In the living area you will fidn a TV with cable connection and internet connection. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 cooking plates, a micro-wave, a spacious fridge and cooking tools such as plates, knives and forks, glasses, pots, a water boilet, etc. Everything has been provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A hair dryer and a clock radio, you will find it in our studios! Hotelservice (bed linen and bath towels) and weekly cleaning are, except if you have been informed otherwise, always included in the renting price. One Bedroom Duplex Flat The 'one bedroom apartments' have a size of approximately 40 square metres. These cosy duplex flats have a separate bedroom on the second floor, you will also find a desks. These flats have a maximum capacity of 2 persons. The living area and kitchenette are located on the ground floor. You will also find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet in the flat. One Large Bedroom Duplex Flat The 'large one bedroom flats' have a size of approximately 50 square metres. This cosy and spacious duplex flats have a separate bedroom on the second floor where you will find a desk, a double bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds. These flats have a maximum capacity of 3 persons. Family Room 4 persons The 'family rooms' in City Apartments Antwerpen have a size between 35 and 45 square metres and have a maximum capacity of 4 persons. The beds, living area and kitchenette are located in the same room. You will also find a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

7 How to get there From the airport Condo Gardens Leuven is about 30 minutes away from the Airport (Brussels International - Zaventem. You can take a taxi at the airport, or you van take the train towards Brussels-South. The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level 1). Up to 2 trains an hour connect the Airport with Leuven. By public transport Condo Gardens Leuven is one kilometer away from the station of Leuven. Several bus lines connect the station with Dekenstraat ( ). By car From Brussel/Luik (E40): Follow the motorway E40 towards the junction with the E314 close to Leuven. Follow the direction of Genk/Hasselt/Leuven and take exit 15 (Leuven). Follow the N264 towards the ring way around Leuven (R23) and turn right in the direction of Tienen (Tervuursevest). Dekenstraat is at the left side after 2 kilometer. Turn around at the first occasion just before Tiensepoort and turn right at the first street. This is Dekenstraat. From Hasselt (E314): Follow the motorway E314 in the direction of Leuven. Take exit 18 (Leuven/Mechelen/Herent) and turn left at the N26 in the direction of Leuven-Centrum. Turn left at the traffic lights at the ring way around Leuven (R23). Follow R23, go straight ahead at Tiensepoort and then right at the first street. This is Dekenstraat.
