3 PNEUMATIC ROPE STRETCHER Proper and constant rope tension sliding carriage directly mounted on cylinders for a fast reaction in case or rope tension variation. Low maintenance simple stretcher design with few moving parts. The slide carriage is mounted with stainless steel guiding wheels with no lubrication requirements. Prevent unexpected rope breakage and lost an electronic sensor system alerts operators to change ropes when the maximum rope elongation is reached. Easy carriage removal and routine maintenance. Available for threading system having one, two or three rope configuration, in vertical or horizontal design. 4 OPTITENSION ROPE STRETCHER Available for one, two and three rope x configuration with a wide range of rope take-ups in horizontal or vertical design. 4 sensors mounted on the stretcher beam will advise the operator to replace ropes. Large cast iron sheaves (Ø 355 mm) for maximum rope life in reducing rope flexing and twist. Our experienced technician team will determine the needed mounting space, determine path of ropes leading to and returning from the stretcher, install or supervise the equipment mounting and assist you for the new equipment start up. Heavy steel beam construction allowing a high rope tension performance by keeping the carriage rails straight. Cylinders are directly connected to the slide carriage, allowing a quick reaction in case of rope tension variability. Mounted with 4 pneumatic cylinders equipped with viton high temperature seals, chrome plated rod and shock absorber technology. Stainless steel guide wheels allow a perfect alignment and a free slide carriage movement. Wheels are locked in the track and require no maintenance or lubrication, eliminating associated problems with plastic slides.

14 DRYING CYLINDER RING EXCESSIVEGROOVEDEPTH 4 mm PROPERGROOVEDEPTH Avoid to repeat the threading process eliminate tail wandering and slack caused by the excessive speed difference between ropes (paper tail) and dryer surface (paper sheet). This speed difference due to an excessive groove depth involves many paper tail breaks and rethreading trials after a web break. Tight tail grip due to the special "V" groove design. Strongly mounted and fixed on the drying cylinder to prevent any ring movement or vibration. Made in solid steel with epoxy coating. Available for every dryer groove shape and size. We recommend a ring installation on a whole rope section at the same time.
