From the Albert Room for 12 guests to the Tower Room for 60, each area benefits from large windows affording spectacular views, allowing you to enjoy all that the cruise has to offer from the comfort of a space that you can call your own. The split-level vessel boasts a gallery overlooking the dance floor and a partial glass roof which retracts, offers guests the unique experience of dining, and later dancing, under the stars. 13 A Spectacular Dining Experience on the Thames THE HARMONY THE SYMPHONY THE NATICIA Booking Information Payment Terms Where your enquiry is more than 44 days prior to the date of sailing, we will hold the vessel on a provisional basis for 10 days. We will then require payment of a 30% deposit to secure your booking; the remaining balance is required to be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the cruise date. If your cruise date is within 44 days of the date of enquiry, full payment is required by return to secure the vessel and no provisional hold is available. If bookings are made within 14 days prior to the date of the cruise the total invoice amount will be due on confirmation. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the date detailed above may result in your event being cancelled and deposit payment will not be refunded. Minimum numbers apply to all areas located on our vessels and are subject to availability and Bateaux London terms and conditions. Policies Bateaux London is committed to continually reviewing our business practices to encourage green initiatives and sustainability. Bateaux London supports the Responsible Drink Campaign. Boarding and Disembarkation Boarding and disembarkation times and locations are subject to pier availability and tides. General Information n Bateaux London retains the right to refuse boarding for safety reasons. n On board the Symphony and the Naticia, restaurant bathrooms are accessible via stairs only. On board the Harmony, disabled bathrooms are on entry level. n Set menus are required for Dinner Cruise group reservations of 21 people or more. An à la carte menu is available for Dinner Cruise groups of between 21 and 30 people with a surcharge of 6.00 per person. n Prices are per person and inclusive of VAT. n Smoking is permitted on designated outside decks only. n Bateaux London reserves the right to amend prices, piers, menus, boats, schedules, contents and all routes are subject to availability. n CHILD POLICY: Children s price is available for those aged between 5-12 years for our Lunch, Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Tea Cruises. Children under the age of five are discouraged on board. Prams, bassinets and pushchairs are not permitted on our vessels. Highchairs are not available. n During cruises, photography and filming for our own use may take place. n No alcohol may be removed from the boats. The closest train station is Charing Cross, just a five minute walk from Embankment Pier. There is a coach drop off point adjacent to the Pier.
