2 AUSTRALIAN MINIATURE GOAT SHOW Miniature Goat Entrants If you are driving to the goat shed, please use the lower Showground road (near the loading ramp) to ensure the Children s area between the Animal Nursery and the Poultry/Mini Goats is kept car free. This applies on both Friday and Saturday. Entry Fee $20 per stud plus $2 per class Fees MUST be paid before show begins. Entry fees are non refundable. Studs who entries will still be responsible to pay outstanding fees even if show is not attended. All original entry forms and fees (if not previously paid) MUST be handed to the steward on show day. Entries Close Wednesday, 9 November 2016 Goats to be penned by Judging Commences TBC am Saturday 10.00am Saturday CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Exhibitors must be current financial members of Miniature Goats Australia Association Inc at close of entries. 2. All Animals must hold current MGA registration certificates. 3. Animals must have NLIS ear tag in place and Identification must be confirmed prior to commencement of judging. 4. A written waybill to the Dungog A&H Association (show society) is mandatory. 5. All Animals must be measured in prior to the commencement of judging and animals not measured will not be permitted to show. 6. MGA show rules apply to every show and will be enforced. 7. MGA rules can be found on the events page at Please Note MGA does not hold Public Liability insurance at this time. Please also be aware that children under the age of 16 years must have a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian to handle animals in the ring on show day. 3 THE GRAND PARADE All prize winning competitors and exhibitors in ring events on Saturday are invited to participate the Grand Parade at 2pm on Saturday. COMPETITORS PLEASE NOTE All entries are accepted on the understanding that competitors agree to compete under the articles of association of the Dungog A&H Association Inc. and its Bylaws & regulations.
