2 2015 Health & Fitness Expo The Valley Isle Ballroom is located in Kaanapali, Maui on the north side of the host hotel, the Westin Maui Resort & Spa. Exhibitor Set up Hours Thursday, September 17 Noon to 5:00 pm Friday, September 18 8:00 am to 11:00 am Each registered Full Marathon and Half Marathon runner must come through the Expo to pick up their bib number and chip for the race. The Maui Marathon and Half Marathon 2015 Health & Fitness Expo welcomed over 6,000 attendees including friends and family and the community. Admission to the Expo is free and open to the public. Exhibitors are expected to have personnel attending their booths at all times during the Expo hours. Please do not remove your exhibit until 5:00 pm on Saturday. The Expo management appreciates your consideration of this request Runner Demographics Marathon/Half Marathon Registrants: 52% women, 48% men Median age: 52% between 25 and 39 (largest group: 25 29) Education: 67% with college degrees Median income: 24% above $150,000 Geographic Participation: 69.46% participants from the United States with 47 states represented. Each booth will be supplied with two folding chairs, one 6 draped table and identification sign. Booths are an 8x8 Space and the rate is $400 per space. Payment must be made at the time of application submission, and is non refundable. Payments may be made by credit card or check. Show management reserves the right to remove inappropriate or obstructive displays from Expo. Use of exhibit space by two or more companies is not permitted. Show management reserves the right to reject, restrict or remove any exhibit. Exhibitor agrees that space assignments are assigned and may be changed by Expo show management.
