2 IN GENERAL: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ! For the new ones : If you are planning to attend our shows for the first time, please take the time to read this flyer from beginning to end, it is a lot of stuff but you will find answers to almost all questions you might have. For the old folks : If you attended our shows before, please read at least the shaded parts and the following information because they are general changes to our show flyers before October 2013! It is not recommendable to send your entries on the last day possible or take care of the payment at short notice! Entries with a later postmark date than June 24th, 2016 will be sent back to you and if your entry fees are only one day too late in our account, your entries will be returned! To attend our shows it is not necessary to be a member of ASCA, ASCD e. V. or any other club but we will not accept entries from dogs or handlers disqualified from the ASCA Obedience program or a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs or a person not in good standing with ASCA. Our Rally trials are open for all breeds, this includes mixed breeds! The dog, regardless what breed/mix it is, has to be registered with ASCA to be eligible to compete! All dogs entered that are not registered with ASCA (regular registration, Hardship, Foreign or LEP) have to have an ASCA tracking number! If you need to have information about this program, please contact the ASCA business office.the following information are for everybody, regardless if you are participating or just visiting! Shows held by ASC of Germany are ASCA sanctioned events and therefore the club and all participants have to abide the rules and regulations set up by ASCA. You as a participant agree to do so by signing the ASCA entry form. With your signature you also agree to abide any other rules and regulations set up by the host club, so please read the following thoroughly! ASCA -registration: Our Rally trials are open for all breeds, this includes mixed breeds! The dog, regardless what breed/mix it is, has to be registered with ASCA to be eligible to compete! V. has the authority as householder during the show, that means that tents/pavilions or other things that block emergency exits and/or entries or are disturbing in any other way are to be removed immediately if we ask you to. Setting up Tents and/or Pavillons: It is possible to put tents or pavilions on the showground, after the showring is put up on Thursday. entry is paid by John Miller) please give the following reference: RA 07/16 for Smith Jane. All entry fees have to be paid to our account immediately but by July 01, 2016 (crediting date) THE LATEST! Entries which are not paid until then are void, the dogs are not eligible to start and the entries will be returned to you without further notice! Cash payment is only accepted for day of show entries. We do not accept cheques! Behavior on the show ground: Please do the main grooming part at home and use dirt bags at the showground. Any kind of dirt has to be removed by the creator resp. his owner! Please clean up after yourself before you leave! Please keep a 1-2 m distance from the ring, make sure that no parts of your dogs (tails, legs) are in the ring, stop disturbing behavior of your dog/s immediately, don t play with or feed your dog directly at the ring. We have a photo corner at the show ground and you are of course welcome to take pictures of the dogs in the showring BUT PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE RING! All dogs (this INCLUDES puppies) have to be on leash while on the showground. If announcements are made, please listen to them and act accordingly. The ring entrance area is NOT for spectators but for the starters of the next class, judges and ring staff ONLY. The sale of dogs on the showground is forbidden Please bring your own attire like poop bags, trash bags, ash trays! Bitches in heat: Are NOT allowed to start.

4 Camping: For all show locations: Please clean up your space before you leave, parking on your own risk. Shows at Freiburg: There is enough space available for your tents and/or camper next to the ride hall. Water and/or electricity available. Catalogue: All entries that are received until pre-entry closing date will be published in the show catalogue (class, start-no, ASCA reg. name of dog, Sire, Dam, date of birth, color, Breeder, Owner) according to the information from the ASCA registration certificate. If your dog has accomplished titles that are not on the registration certificate, please enclose a copy of the confirmation of these titles with your entry form. Only ASCA titles will be published. All exhibitors that entered their dogs per pre-entry closing date will get one catalogue for free, if we have enough catalogues in stock, exhibitors that enter at show date will get one catalogue for free, too, if required. Confirmation of entries: Please use the reservation form, notes on the entry form or s asking for confirmation will be ignored! Directions to our show grounds: Please use online-navigators Entries at show date: accepted, if we have not reached the maximum entry number at the closing date, Saturday and Sunday from am. Entries at show date have to be paid cash. Entries of docked dogs: The exhibition ban for dogs docked after June 1, 1998 does NOT include Rally. Entry fees: See Banking Information Entry forms: Again and again we receive entry forms which are not correct. Please make sure to read the entry form before you fill it in! Don t forget your signature on the right side of the form. The person who is signing the form is responsible for the correct entry! If you pass this flyer on to somebody, please make sure not only to pass on the entry form BUT the whole flyer to make sure they ll get ALL information needed, thanks! A copy of ASCA registration certificate MUST accompany all entries for dogs over 6 months of age! Entries have to be made on the form included in this flyer! We do not accept entries via telephone or ! Exhibitors list: Alphabetical index of exhibitors who wished to have their contact dates publishes in our catalogue; listing is for free, please use the form your reservations at the end of this flyer! Hotels: For a list of hotels at Freiburg and nearby, please visit Judges: Please pay attention to the judges orders and act accordingly. We would appreciate it if as many exhibitors as possible would stay around for the award ceremony! Meals: Meals and drinks will be available during the shows for reasonable prices. Please fill in the enclosed reservation form to help us to organize drinks and food for everyone, thank you!

Payments: Please see cover sheet and banking information Person receiving pre-entries Rally: Refunds: If you cancel your starts in writing (letter, fax or ) until pre-entry closing date, or because of a judge s change we will refund 100%. We will refund 1000% if you have to cancel your starts later because of the condition of handler and/or dog (illness, injury, death), please cancel in writing and enclose a vet/doctor statement. 100% are also refunded if you cancel or if your bitch is in heat. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STARTS HAVE TO BE PAID BY Julyy 01, 2016 THE LATEST! Results: Will be published on ASCD website after the show/trial with full dogs and owners name. By signing the entry form you fully agree with publishing these dates on ASCD website and entry/competitor listings. Setting up Tents and/or Pavilions for private use: It is planned to set up the rings on Friday, reserved spaces for vendors will be blocked, please wait with setting up your place until this work is done! Show site: The show site is open 24 hours/day. If you arrive late in the evening, please show consideration for the people and dogs that may already be sleeping, this INCLUDES the people living near to the showground! The shows will be outside on grass. Start numbers Rally: Please make sure to pick up your start number Saturday and Sunday from am; after the competition has started, you are not eligible to enter the trial! Third party insurance: All dogs brought onto the show ground have to be included in third party insurance. Vaccination: Please make sure that your dog is current on shots BEFORE coming to our shows! Required is the vaccinations against rabies, we recommend vaccinations against kennel cough. Puppies including age of 16 weeks have to have their first shots, if you enter an older dog, please make sure that the vaccinations are current! Proof of vaccination has to be shown when you pick up your start number, dogs without proofs of current shots are not allowed to enter the showground. Vet: Name, address and phone number of the vet in charge during the show weekend will be published in our show catalogue and in the information flyer you ll receive with your start numbers.
