2 CONSTRUCTION The Chippewa County Economic Development Corporation and Hoeft Builders, Inc. both work to foster growth and business development in Chippewa County. We have developed the following industrial end users guide to give companies some information on typical industrial floor plans, project timelines and ball park construction cost figures for pre-engineered and precast buildings.
