1 Trend Jumper Free AUDUSD 15 min Tradeplan Hell, this is Try Nnan, with NetPicks.cm and the Premier Trader University s Trend Jumper Trading Strategy. This tradeplan shuld be fllwed as clsely as pssible. Print it ut and refer t it as ften as needed. Als refer t the accmpanying training vide that cmes with this free strategy. Required Platfrms: This tradeplan wrks n Tradestatin, Ninja Trader and MT4. All examples in the training vide are shwn using the Tradestatin platfrm, which is my preferred charting platfrm. Trades can be placed with any brker yu wish. Everything wrks exactly the same n all three platfrms althugh data is always different as is the nature f frex which is a decentralized market. Therefre it is imprtant t always backtest and learn t trade with yur wn charts. Spreads It is imprtant t put in yur entries and stps at the bid price and assume yu will pay the spread, being filled at the ask price. Spread csts are paid n the buy side f the trade; fr lngs it wuld be n entries and fr shrts, it wuld be n yur exit. Spreads are real trade csts and need t be minimized as much as pssible. Always use a brker with the mst cmpetitive (tightest) spreads. Often, if yur psitin size is large enugh, it is better t pt t pay a small cmmissin in exchange fr much tighter spreads. Yu will have t d the math t see what is best fr yu. Ask yur brker. Required Indicatrs: 1. TJ_JL4AUDUSD; This is a prprietary indicatr used t cnfirm ur setups 2. TJ_JL24AUDUSD; this is a prprietary mmentum indicatr used t determine the directin f ur trades 3. TJFree_AUDUSD; this is a prprietary indicatr used t calculate the trade setups when the prper cnditins are met. This indicatr will plt the entry, stp and targets n yur chart as well as shw yu the entire trade as per the Trend Jumper Trade System in yur data windw. 4. Please als add tw Expnential Mving Averages (EMAs) t yur chart and frmat them as fllws: a. 54 ema; yellw and tw pints thick; used as a filter t avid certain trades. This is ptinal and des nt need t be displayed n the chart. b. 49 ema; blue and 1 pint thick; this is used as ur trailing stp tl. 2 Get in sync with trades that are in prgress prir t the start time. Yu can take a trade setup that ccurred befre ur start time s lng as it has nt cancelled, hit its first target r hit its stp. This is explained in the vide in greater detail. Trade ne, tw r three psitins Psitin ne cmes ff at the 2 nd target Psitin tw cmes ff at the 3 rd target Psitin three trails the EMA49 Entries and Stps Entries are always 2 pips abve the setup bar fr lngs r 2 pips belw the setup bar fr shrts; +/- KLAs Stps are always 7 pips belw the setup bar fr lngs r 7 pips abve the setup bar fr shrts; +/- KLAs Quitting Gals This tradeplan is designed using ur Pwer f Quitting (PQ) cncept as a dynamic gal setting strategy. Here s hw it wrks. Quit trading after ONE winner AND a psitive result. Take a maximum f THREE trades nly per sessin. If yu are nt yet psitive after the third trade, stp fr the sessin. Key Level Adjustments; One f the things we have learned hw t d here at the Premier Trader University, is t reduce part f the 10% art f trading dwn t actual mechanical rules. We have learned that yu can increase yur prfitable results significantly by making subtle key level adjustments (KLAs). With this specific tradeplan, this is hw yu shuld d it: Rund the extra digit away n entries and stps. Rund it clser n targets. (see vide) IF the extra digit is a 1, 2, 8 r 9, then rund it t the NEAREST pip. Fr example; runds t.9273 but r higher runds t put the entry and stp further away and the target clser. On lng trades, a entry wuld rund t.9274 since that is further away. If it were a stp n a lng trade, wuld rund dwn t.9273, since that wuld be further away. If it were a target, it wuld als rund t.9273 since that wuld be clser. This might seem strange at first, but after ding it a few times, it will quickly becme 2 nd nature. There are tw tiers f KLAs; minr and majr Minr key levels are price levels that are multiples f 10 after runding the extra digit. Fr example;.9270,.9340, etc.

3 Majr key levels are price levels that are multiples f 50, ie:.9250,.9500,.9100, etc. These are the maneuvers that are recmmended t wrk arund key levels. Minr KLAs Entries; if the price gets t within 2 pips f a minr KL, then mve the entry t the KL. Oddly, in this case, this pair wrks best t actually enter ON the KL. Nrmally we adjust beynd the KL but nt in this case. That means that if yu have an entry at.9278, r.9279, then adjust yur entry t.9280, etc., fr lng trades. Fr shrts, adjust.9281 r.9282 t a.9280 entry, etc. Stps; if the stp price level is within 2 pips f a minr KL, then mve it 1 pip beynd; fr a lng trade, if the stp is at.9282,.9281 r.9280, then mve the stp t.9279, etc. Targets; if the target ends up being within 1 pip r actually ON a KL, then mve it 1 pip clser, in frnt f the KL. S if a target is.9281 fr a lng trade, mve it t.9279, etc. As with all these examples, the reverse applies fr shrts. Majr KLAs (since majr KLs are als Minr KLs, yu have t make sure bth adjustments are accunted fr). Entries; if the price lands ON the majr KL, then mve the entry tw pips beynd; lng entry is.9250, then mve yur entry t.9252, etc. Stps; if the stp level price is ON the majr KL, then adjust the stp 3 pips beynd. S if a stp is at.9250, yu wuld adjust it t.9247 fr a lng trade, r.9253 fr a shrt trade. Targets; if a target is 1 pip beynd a majr KL, then mve the target t 3 pips in frnt f the majr KL (clser t yur entry). A shrt target f.9199 fr example means yu adjust yur target t Make small adjustments arund bvius chart level pivts (swing levels). One r tw pips are kay, three pips smetimes, fur pips rarely. Swing levels are brken all the time and we dn t need t fear them. We nly want t make small adjustments arund them fr extra cnfirmatin r prtectin. Dn t verd it! The mre yu add t the stp, the mre risk yu assume. Yu shuld als make minr adjustments arund the indicatr lines themselves in the same fashin. The indicatrs ften shw us newly fund near term supprt/resistance levels s making small adjustments arund them is a gd idea. With KLAs, we give up a little bit f ur verall prfit ptential in exchange fr either extra cnfirmatin n entries, extra prtectin n stps, r targets that are easier and mre likely t be achieved. This

4 bsts perfrmance enugh t make this abslutely wrth it. While these adjustments wn t wrk in all cases, they d wrk enugh times t warrant their inclusin in this tradeplan and are a great example f hw advanced training can help inject the actual ART part f trading int ur mechanical methdlgy. Trailing Stp; use the EMA49 as a trailer. Activate (begin using) the EMA49 as a trailer nce the price has gne 160% f the distance frm entry t target 1. This is a manual calculatin that yu must d t utilize this technique crrectly. Determine the distance frm Entry t target 1. Multiply that by 160%. Add the result t the entry price. Once the price hits that level, begin using the EMA49 as yur trailer using the Trend Jumper trailing technique. The price als has t have gne at least 6 pips frm the entry t qualify which will help prtect yu frm mving the stp t sn n abnrmally small setups. Trend Jumper Trailing technique Once the trailer has been activated, we are ging t trail based n the last bar t clse abve the trailer (ema49) fr lngs, r the last bar t clse belw the trailer fr shrts. (see vide) Once the bar clses abve the trailer, use the runded reading f the EMA and place yur stp 2 pips belw the trailer fr lngs, r 2 pips abve fr shrts. Use the KLAs as described abve fr stps. Mve yur stps when apprpriate based n each subsequent clsing bar. Additinal Trade Management Maneuvers When the price hits the first target, mve yur stp t lck in 8 pips t assure a psitive utcme. Dn t use this technique n small trades where the first target is less than 8 pips. Wait fr the price t have prgressed further befre mving yur stp. If a target is missed by 3 pips, then exit that specific psitin at the prir target. If missing target 2 by 3 pips, then exit psitin 1 at target 1. If missing target 3 by three pips, then exit psitin 2 at target tw, if the price retraces. When trailing, if the trailing stp is hit, then exit the entire trade. Often the trailer will get hit with a partial prfit nly. This is fine. The bjective is t make mney and prfit frm ur trading, nt necessarily t hit the ultimate full target. Risk Management Never risk mre than 2% f yur verall available trade capital n any given trade. Just because the brker allws yu t trade with huge leverage, 50:1 r greater, desn t mean yu shuld. In fact, yu shuld nt!! If yu are serius abut trading fr success and nging prfits, yu have t be able t handle the ebbs and flws f trading. Sme

5 trades will lse. In fact, smetimes yu will have lsing sessins and perhaps even lsing weeks. The real mney is made by the EDGE that this tradeplan gives yu ver time. Treat it like a business and utilize the prper risk levels as described fr yur best chances f making mney as this tradeplan unflds and des its thing, sessin after sessin. Always trade with bracket rders. Yur trades shuld have the targets and stps already entered and attached t ne anther with OCOs. When ne rder is hit, the ppsite rder cancels. Ask yur brker if yu d nt knw hw t trade in this manner. D NOT trade withut yur attached targets and stps in place. Manage each trade accrding t the rules as it prgresses. Alerts are als necessary s that yu can manage yur trade when necessary. I like t use hrizntal lines frmatted with a cmmand t send a text msg t my phne. Then I can either lg int my cmputer remtely t manage my trade r take sme ther srt f apprpriate actin. If a trade is in prgress while yu are sleeping, then put sme kind f trailing stp r prtectin in place t preserve sme f the prfits. Yu will have t learn hw t d this with experience but a 3 rd party trade management interface is highly recmmended, especially fr MT4 traders. It is wise t backtest any tradeplan yu hpe t trade, s that yu can reinfrce yur knwledge f the tradeplan and methd, alng with the details described abve. Print ut the tradeplan and refer t it as ften as yu need. Use a spreadsheet t manually enter trades t build a lg s that yu can see the results. Successful trading typically ges tw steps frward, ne step back, tw steps frward, ne step back. This is mst ften reflected in a healthy stair stepping equity curve that cntinually climbs upward and t the right. T succeed at this, yu have t give yurself the gift f the big perspective and build a belief structure in the tradeplan s that yu can trade it with cnfidence and as a real trading business.
