1 THE SINGAPORE ASSOCIATION 4304, China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong Website: Dear Fellow Singaporeans and Friends of Singapore, The Singapore Association of Hong Kong (SAHK) will be organizing a Gala Ball themed One Singapore on 25 th April 2015 at JW Marriott Hotel to celebrate the SAHK s 40 th anniversary and in celebration of Singapore s 50 th Anniversary (SG50). SAHK was established in 1975 by a group of Singaporeans working and living in Hong Kong, with the primary aim of providing members with opportunities to come together for recreation and social gatherings with their families and friends. SAHK also keeps members informed of the latest developments back home in Singapore. We are also highly committed towards contributing back to the Singapore community in Hong Kong as well as the local Hong Kong community for her warm and generous hospitality towards Singaporeans over the last few decades. One of the main reasons for choosing One Singapore as the theme for this event is to allow fellow Singaporeans residing in Hong Kong, know that while we may be physically far away from Singapore, we remain One People and One Nation. While we are currently not residing in Singapore, we should continue to stay united and help one another to the best of our abilities. In line with our commitment towards giving back to the community and supporting charitable causes, part of the proceeds from the drinks reception and dinner of this Gala Ball event will be donated to Viva Foundation for Children with Cancer (Singapore) and Make-A-Wish@ Hong Kong. A program to commemorate this event will be published and distributed to the Hong Kong and Singapore business communities. Our Corporate Table Package aims to provide corporate reservations with a little extra through combining a table booking with tailored company promotion. It is a great way for companies or a group reservation to receive further promotion from their reservation, and to add a little individuality to their table.
