A: YES, EVERY DOT CYLINDER HAS AN IMPRINT OF THE CERTIFICATION NUMBER: Q: CAN TG&C ASSEMBLE AND LEAK TEST THE CYLINDERS? A: YES, FOR A NOMINAL FEE TG&C WILL ASSEMBLE THE CYLINDER IN WHATEVER CONFIGURATION THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES AS WELL AS LEAK TEST THE ASSEMBLED PRODUCT. Q: CAN THE SPRING LOADED PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES BE PROVIDED AT DIFFERENT SETTINGS? A: YES; WHILE OUR STANDARD SETTING IS 1800 PSI, WE CAN ORDER THESE AT WHATEVER LEVEL THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS, DEPENDING ON THE DOT PERMIT ALLOWANCES. 11 SUBSEA Subsea Valves, Custom actuated assemblies, compensated, and non-compensated pressure gauges. Subsea compensated pressure gauges: The Stewarts-USA range of compensated subsea pressure gauges have a 100% filled case that has a special compensation device, allowing the internals of the case to be pressurized equal to the external ambient pressure as the gauge is submerged to depth. Subsea Non-Compensated pressure gauges: Specially developed to meet the need for accurate measurement on all of your subsea assets and projects. This model measures and registers true system pressure. The heavy duty nature of the gauge along with the sealed case prevents ambient pressure from affecting the inlet pressure reading. Subsea Valves: Subsea valves from hydraulic and electric actuated ball and needle valves, directional control valves, relief valves, and shuttle valves.
