2 DocMagic Seamless Integration with Calyx Point 1. Begin by clicking on the Services menu and select either Closing Documents or Initial Disclosures. 2. Select Product will take you to a screen where you can choose a loan program from DocMagic. 2 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

3 3. If the Select Product screen is blank you will need to press the update products button. If this is the first time you are using DocMagic s seamless integration you will need to add DocMagic, Inc. as your Document Provider and your user credentials for DocMagic. Note the Save Password box is checked so you will not need to add your credentials each time you call for DocMagic services. 4. Click on the + symbol next to the investor you are using. This will expand the view to include all the DocMagic loan programs you have selected for this investor. Click on the loan program and then you can press the Select Product Button to apply the loan program to your file. 3 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

4 5. Once you have applied the loan program you must return to the Services menu and this time select Request Documents. 6. In the next window you must have DocMagic, Inc. as your Document Provider, select your Package Type. The Audit button has been checked. Press submit and the next screen will open with your DocMagic credentials. Press the OK Button and the DocMagic audits will run through the data set you have entered in Point. 4 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

5 7. The Audit Feedback page contains four tabs for review. The first tab Audit Results contains audits messages that you can select and press the GoTo Field button at the bottom. This will take you to the exact location in Point where the information needs to be reviewed and updated as needed. Check the box once you have reviewed or fixed the item on the list. 8. The Vendor Specific Data tab contains messages related to information that DocMagic needs where Point does not have a data field. Enter the missing data as needed and click out of the Content field to save the entry. 5 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

6 9. The DocMagic Audit Results tab contains two types of messages. Fatals must be cleared before you can process a document package. Warnings must be reviewed and edited as needed. The audits can be customized by our DocMagic customer service team. If you need to change a warning to a fatal contact customerservice@docmagic.com. 10. The DocMagic Loan Detail Report tab contains information from the DocMagic audit of the file. There are three tabs in the Loan Detail Report. The Transaction Details tab presents the dataset from Point as blue text. Review the information and edit incorrect spellings, incorrect addresses etc. The Data Validation tab contains data validation messages as warnings or fatals, a TIL summary and and initial Escrow Account Analysis. The Compliance Audit tab contains a Compliance Summary, High Cost Tests, Federal Audits and High Cost Analysis. You can press the view in Browser Button to expand the view of the document. 6 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

7 11. Once you are ready to process the document package press the Order Docs button. 12. This time the screen will have an Order Reference Number. This is your DocMagic worksheet number. The radio button for Redraws Documents is automatically selected. Leave that selection and press the Submit Button. 7 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

8 13. Press the OK Button on the Login screen. 14. The Document Satus screen will appear with a Completed Message. Press the OK Button. 15. Press the View Docs Button. 8 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

9 16. In this next screen you can deselect forms you do not want to View/Print or leave all the documents in the package checked. Press the View/Print Button. 17. You can press the button to Open PDF, Print or Close the window. This window will allow you to review the documents electronically. 9 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

10 18. Your document package has been automatically saved in the Document Management section of Point. 19. Follow simular steps to create the Initial Disclosures by selecting Initial Disclosures form the Services menu. 10 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point

11 20. When you are ready to creat the initial disclosures you can select the package type by using the dropdown box for Package Type. Initial Disclosures can be printed and delivered to the borrower directly or by mail. Initial Disclosures w/ edisclosure will send the disclosures to the borrowers via DocMagic s esign Platform. Initial Disclosures w/ edisclosure and ClickSign will send the documents to the borrowers via DocMagic s esign Platform and it will allow the borrowers to electronically sign the disclosures. Initial Disclosures w/ Pint and Deliver will be fulfilled by DocMagic s Fulfillment center. Press the Submit Button to create the package. 11 DocMagic Seamless Integraion with Calyx Point
