More than 90% of Air Canada s Top Tier members already hold a valid address in their Aeroplan profile. Please ensure your address is up-to-date in your Aeroplan profile as it is required to ensure you receive your invitation to choose your Select Privileges. Members with an invalid address or no address are unable to choose Select Privileges and will be awarded Select Privileges by default. No changes will be permitted once default Privileges have been awarded.

Personalized Air Canada Elite Card As an Elite member, you ll receive your personalized Air Canada Elite card giving you priority access and exclusive Privileges when travelling with Air Canada or any Star Alliance TM member airline, such as: Over 25 Privileges/Select Privileges, including Air Canada Maple Leaf TM Lounge access, Air Canada Concierge and other priority services; Assistance wherever you are in the world with just one phone call using the numbers found right on your card; Priority services and recognition everywhere you fly across the Star Alliance network.

8 P R I V I L E G E S 2010 Elite Priority Rewards In the event that Aeroplan ClassicFlight Reward seats are completely booked, you have access to unsold seats in Economy Class when redeeming your Aeroplan Miles. Priority Reward reservations require double the Aeroplan Miles required for a regular Aeroplan ClassicFlight Reward. Priority Reward reservations must be made between March 1, 2010 and February 28, 2011; eligible reward reservation changes are also permitted within that same period. Priority Reward reservations are only eligible on scheduled flights operated by Air Canada, Jazz and Air Canada 4-digit flights operated by Air Georgian Limited (doing business as Air Alliance), Exploits Valley Air Services LTD, and Central Mountain Air. Priority Reward reservations are available to both you and your traveling companions, when you are all part of the same reward reservation. Additionally, your Privilege can be extended to other travelers, whether you are traveling with them or not. To verify eligibility, availability or to book your Priority Reward reservation, please visit aeroplan.com or use the contacts listed on the back of your Elite card; a $CA30 booking fee applies per flight reward reservations completed through the Aeroplan Contact Centre.

9 P R I V I L E G E S Priority Reservation Waitlist If a flight is booked at full capacity, you can, as an Air Canada Elite member, ask to be put on the priority reservation waitlist for this flight. Should a seat become available prior to the flight departure date, you ll receive top priority - after Air Canada Super Elite members when available seats are assigned. Priority Reservation Waitlist is available: With all fare options offering the waitlisting benefit. It does not apply to Aeroplan Reward travel; During normal operations on scheduled flights operated by Air Canada, Jazz, Air Canada 4-digit flights (Air Georgian Limited (doing business as Air Alliance), Exploits Valley Air Services LTD, Central Mountain Air) and Star Alliance TM member airlines.

10 P R I V I L E G E S Priority Seat Selection As an Air Canada Elite member, you ll enjoy Priority Seat Selection when booking your flights, giving you access to seating in the front of the Economy Class cabin including bulkhead seats especially reserved for our Top Tier members. Priority Seat Selection is complimentary for Elite members with the purchase of a Tango Plus or a Latitude fare, or a Tango fare for international travel beyond Canada and the United States. It is also complimentary with an Aeroplan flight reward. This Privilege is available when travelling during normal operations on scheduled flights operated by Air Canada, Jazz and Air Canada 4-digit flights (Air Georgian Limited (doing business as Air Alliance), Exploits Valley Air Services LTD, Central Mountain Air). New! Preferred Seat Selection Air Canada has introduced Preferred Seat Selection, which allows you to select additional seats with extra legroom, such as exit row seats. This is great news, as many of these seats were previously only available at airport check-in. Preferred Seat Selection is complimentary for Elite members with the purchase of a Latitude fare.

This Privilege is available: When travelling on any fare, including Aeroplan Reward travel; During normal operations on scheduled flights operated by Air Canada, Jazz and Air Canada 4-digit flights (Air Georgian (doing business as Air Alliance), Exploits Valley Air Services LTD, Central Mountain Air); On scheduled flights operated by Star Alliance TM member airlines - just present your Air Canada Elite card at the priority check-in counter designated by the Star Alliance Gold TM symbol at airports where this service is offered.

The Priority Airport Standby Privilege is valid for travel: With eligible fare options and destinations allowing standby travel; With purchased or Aeroplan Reward tickets; During normal operations, on a scheduled flight operated by Air Canada, Jazz and Air Canada 4-digit flights (Air Georgian (doing business as Air Alliance), Exploits Valley Air Services LTD, Central Mountain Air); On scheduled flights operated by a Star Alliance member airline. 13 P R I V I L E G E S Extra Checked Baggage Allowance Check up to three standard pieces of luggage at no extra charge. Each piece must weigh less than 70 lbs (32 kg). This Privilege is available when travelling on any fare, including Aeroplan Reward travel, during normal operations on scheduled flights operated by Air Canada and Jazz. When flying on any scheduled flight operated by a Star Alliance TM member airline during normal operations, you can bring either an additional 20 kg of luggage or one extra bag (for a total of three bags). You can also invite immediate family members (spouse and dependant children) and a first guest to Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges at no charge and can purchase access for subsequent guests at the lounge for CA$15 (before 11 a.m.) and CA$25 (after 11 a.m.) per visit. You must present your Air Canada Elite card at the lounge reception to enter the Maple Leaf Lounge. You and your guests must also present a confirmed same-day ticket for a scheduled flight operated by Air Canada, Jazz, or Star Alliance member airlines. Guests must be travelling with you unless they use a Maple Leaf Lounge Guest Pass.
