3 02 WHAT WE DO Custom CNC Machined Parts/ Prototypes From metal to plastic, from 1 to 500 pieces, no MOQ, suitable for building a working prototype to test products. Surface finishing is available. Injection Molding / Plastic Suitable for a larger volume, when plastic products are to be mass produced (1K to 10K). We will provide the advice on which application to go with on each project. Metal Die Casting The larger volume solution for metal parts, from Aluminium, Zinc & Magnesium. Die Casting is one of the major applications in Shape. Surface Finishings Applied to both Plastic & Metal Parts From anodizing to plating to powder coatings and screen printing. We are proud of our postmachining skills. We make parts look nice.

4 03 WHAT ELSE WE DO Vacuum Casting Stamping/ Sheetmetal Rapid Tooling First Article Inspection The vacuum casting service produces quality polyurethane casted parts at low cost. Our vacuum casting capability can fit size up to size can be up to 1.5m*1m, with shrinkage rate 0.03%. Whether it be stage tools or fully progressive dies, high-carbon steels or brass, Shape offers a variety of metal stamping options for your application. With urethane, epoxy, or silicone castings, our rapid tooling process allows us to produce small volume but high functionality of parts. Details such as color, texture and threaded inserts can be incorporated. All the machined parts are being inspected with detailed dimension inspection report against the print prior to shipping, as well as the pictures of the parts, packaging etc. to ensure parts are 100% accurate.

5 04 WE CAN ASSIST WITH... PCB Design / Test / Manufacture PCB designs is crucial for a hardware product. We work with the local experts based in Shenzhen to offer PCB design/testing/making services before producing products. Component Sourcing Based in the heart of electronic and manufacturing supplies, we have advantage to access the resource easily. If you simply need to find components, feel free to ask from us for a help. We are happy to source and ship it to you. Assembly With most machined parts we offer free assembly service including free hardware, if available locally. If the hardware can be supplied we are happy to make free assembly before shipping to you. Packaging Along with all other bits you wish to be done in China, we can help! We offer packaging service based on your instruction. It's a key touch point in a product s success and a great customer experience.

HOW LONG IS THE LEAD TIME? It also depends on the job. For a small volume of CNC machined parts, UP TO 5-7 DAYS we can deliver to you in less than a week. WHAT MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE AT YOUR SHOP? We have common materials from ABS, PC, PP, POM to Aluminium, Steel, Brass, Teflon, and almost all you can think of. ALMOST EVERYTHING WHAT ABOUT FINISHING?
