BARRE - Class delivers a balanced, total-body workout. All movements are low-impact and designed to burn fat, build muscle and break through plateaus. BODYCOMBAT - Les Mills BODYCOMBAT will train your whole body getting you fit, fast and strong. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is non contact with no complex moves to master! The class targets the muscles from the mid-thigh up to the shoulders, working the cross-slings, which run from the upper to lower body. During the class you will work on building core strength, improving functional fitness, strengthening the abdominal, mid-section and glutes. This is a full body workout!
