3 Descriptions AOA CONDITIONING - Come join us for a fabulous collection of classes and events that has an emphasis on satisfying older adults' interest, meeting their needs and using their abilities. BARRE - Class delivers a balanced, total-body workout. All movements are low-impact and designed to burn fat, build muscle and break through plateaus. BODYCOMBAT - Les Mills BODYCOMBAT will train your whole body getting you fit, fast and strong. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is non contact with no complex moves to master! Your Instructor will motivate and challenge you through each round. This class is for all fitness levels as you will be given options to perform at your level. You will burn calories, relieve stress, and walk out feeling like a CHAMP! BODY BLITZ - Get a total body toning workout. Resistance exercises are performed to improve both muscle strength and endurance. BODY PUMP - Experience this energizing barbell class that strengthens your entire body! Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast! BODY PUMP EXPRESS - Experience this energizing barbell class that strengthens your entire body! BREAK IT UP CYCLING - An interval training workout. This class takes you on a great ride and adds strength endurance moves for upper and lower body. CXWORX - Want to change your core? This Les Mills class is a 30 minute workout using bands, plates, and a mat. The class targets the muscles from the mid-thigh up to the shoulders, working the cross-slings, which run from the upper to lower body. During the class you will work on building core strength, improving functional fitness, strengthening the abdominal, mid-section and glutes. This is a full body workout! CORE - Develop functional core strength, flexibility, and balance CYCLE - Increase endurance and speed with a mix of intense indoor cycling routines. The class will help you become more active, energized, and empowered for daily living HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training - get maximum results in the shortest amount of time HEART AND SOUL - This hour class will be held in 2 locations the first part of the class will take place in Studio 1, where the instructor will lead you through various forms of cardio exercises. The second half of the class will meet in the cafe with devotional exercises to ignite the spirit. MEDITATION - This guided class will take you through breathing techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy, and a sense of well being while engaging in any life activity. MIND BODY BALANCE YOGA - blends balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness in this fitness format. Based on hatha yoga this format incorporates vinyasa breath technique with pose transitions that can be adapted to any fitness level. Core strength conditioning is also a focus in this class. MUSCLE CONDITIONING - Strengthen muscles through the use of free weight, body boars, and other fitness
