Join at your local Active Centre: Body Calm Conditioning classes are primarily aimed at improving strength and muscle tone as well as providing cardiovascular benefits. Classes may include the use of resistance equipment and weights. Develop your body and mind with a Calming class. These classes help improve flexibility through stretching, balance, posture and breathing. They can also help relieve stress through the use of meditation techniques. If a booking needs to be cancelled please try to give a minimum of 24 hours notice. If a class is not cancelled (no show) for 3 times or more in any 3 month period, the member may lose their advance booking rights for a period of one month. This will be monitored by Fitness Managers regularly.
