25 International Cooperation Contribution to APRSAF APRSAF Conference Co-host of APRSAF-10 and APRSAF-16, in Thailand Sentinel Asia/ JPTM Co-host of Sentinel Asia/ JPTM meetings and Trainings Provide THEOS images to support disaster management in other countries (in 2010 included Indonesia and Vietnam through ADRC) STAR Program Support Thai participants to attend STAR Program activities at Sagamihara Campus SAFE Co-host SAFE Workshop, Pattaya, Thailand Support Thailand participation in other APRSAF activities

26 International Cooperation (cont d) ASEAN s s Earth Observation Satellite (EOS) To be proposed in ASEAN Committee on Science and Technology (COST) in December, by Thailand Use for coordinating a strategic response to environmental issues, climates change and disasters Share investment by ASEAN members and ASEAN+6 in EOS system Establish framework to manage and implement
