The blueprint for the project Provides baseline for project measurement Cost Budgeting Key document is the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) The who does what/when just the work If it isn t in the WBS, it is out of scope Risk Management plan what about power failure, machines don t arrive on time..what is the likelihood and what would the impact be

What items will be placed in the machines? Will you need special compartments/attachments (refrigerator doors for cold chain management)
