Further up Tom Miner Road you will find the beautiful B Bar Ranch, and Grizzly Creek Ranch and Retreat. There are several build sites on the property. The first site is completely private and is a short distance from the entrance. It includes a meadow area, alpine trees and views of the Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley. This site has good access and some southern exposure while being surrounded by a dense forest. Further up the road and to the right are Tepee Creek and a small pond area that opens to the high meadow. The second build site is higher, midway up the property ideal for a guest house or cabin.
