4 Depolymerisation technology GB Pyrolysis The product represents the production of : - so called green synthetic (heating) oil Poly-fuel, - carbon (carbon black) Poly-carbon - synthetic gas Poly-gas Environmentally friendly and one which is solving the complex issue of waste management for: plastics, tires, waste oils and municipal waste (separated) Energy independent, it uses the output materials for its own operations, in addition it is possible to produce electricity and heat (CHP) and entirely environmentally as well as energetically utilize the waste polymers

7 Depolymerisation technology GB Pyrolysis Advantages of the technology: decreased reaction temperature from 275 to max. 475 C (depending on the type of raw material)) about 15% higher synthetic oil yield compared to other technologies zero emission process: no harm to the environment reduced reaction time and increased energy saving optimal conversion of polymer waste to the hydrocarbon liquid with negligible wax content the latest cleaning systems providing the sulphur content in the synthetic oil less than 15 ppm, further filtration of fine polluting particles in size up to 1 micron, with no waxes patented - highly efficient process' catalyst with very low costs for the production process continuous production process with less demands for manpower and operational staff (24/7)
8 Low-temperature Catalytic Depolymerisation Process - catalytic thermal decomposition in the absence of oxygen - depolymerisation is the process of molecular decomposition when large molecules cleaves to the smaller molecules - waste disintegrates into usable end products: synthetic oil, gas and carbon - depolymerisation is thermo-catalytic decomposition or cracking of polymers (plastic or tires) in absence of oxygen. - depolymerisation process is pollution free. There are no harmful gases or effluents generated in the process - depolymerisation process is safe if the plant is operated as per the standard operating manual.
