Georgia Approval # GA09-84A Chamblee, GA (770) The Dynamo Swim Center is a three pool indoor complex. The complex features an all deep 25-yard competition pool, with ten 8-foot wide lanes. The main warm-up/down pool has seventeen 9-foot wide lanes. There is also a five lane warm-up/down pool adjacent to the competition pool. The facility also features a Colorado 10 lane scoreboard for time display. There is bleacher seating available. The competition course has been certified in accordance with C(4). The copy of such certification is on file with USA Swimming & Georgia Swimming. Each team may set the selection criteria for their respective team. Swimmers will not be allowed to register at the meet. Classification: This is a closed invitational to the USA Swimming registered members (14 & Under) of the following teams: and Mecklenburg Aquatic Club Format: Rules: Warm-up: All events will be conducted on a timed final basis. All Swimmers, Coaches and Officials must be currently registered with USA Swimming. Membership applications will not be accepted at this meet. It is the requirement of USA Swimming that ALL OFFICIALS and COACHES wear their current USA Swimming registration card while on deck.. Current USA Swimming rules will govern the conduct of the meet unless otherwise noted. In accordance with USA Swimming guidelines, there will be a published warm-up procedure for all swimmers and coaches attending the meet. Coaches will be required to monitor warmups for their swimmers. The Marshall will ensure all teams, coaches, and swimmers follow all warm-up procedures. Entry Limits: Swimmers are limited to 4 individual events per day. A team may enter up to 3 relays but only 2 may score. Late Entries: Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the meet director; for empty lanes only. No late entries will be accepted that require the creation of additional heats. Late entry fee (for new swimmers not already in the meet) will be double the standard entry fee for the meet.

2 Entry Forms: All entries MUST include the USA Swimming Club Code and each swimmer s USA Swimming registration number, first and last name, age and seedtime for each event entered. Each team must complete the Meet Entry Summary Sheet. A printed copy of all entries, fees and a completed and signed liability release form must accompany your entries. Meet set-up is available for all HYTEK-Team Managers for Windows users at the Web Page: Entries should be ed, provided your entry hard copy, fees and liability release form are received by the entry deadline. entries must be accompanied by a word file of the entries so we can verify proper import of your swimmers. You will receive an verification that your entries have been received within 8 hours of submission. entries may be sent to: es7204@att.com. Relays: points Schedule: SATURDAY Warm-up Timed Finals SUNDAY Warm-ups Timed Finals 12:00-1:00 PM 1:15PM 8:30-9:30AM 9:45 AM Positive Officials: Coaches Meeting: A positive check in will be required for the 400 IM, 500 Free, and all relays. Check-in must be completed by 1:15 pm on Saturday and 9:45 am on Sunday at the clerk of course. Dynamo welcomes and encourages the assistance of Certified Officials (and apprentices when capacity allows) from visiting teams. To volunteer, please contact the Meet Referee one hour before each session. Officials (and apprentices) should be prepared to present their LSC certification card, and their USA Swimming Registration Card to the meet Referee; and wear them at all times, while working on deck or while in Hospitality. Standard dress for officials is blue pants, shorts or skirt; white polo shirt and white shoes and socks. Official s meeting will be held one hour before each session. At least one coach from each team shall attend a short coaches meeting at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2009, in the hospitality room.
