1 Swedish Swimming Federation and Sundsvalls Simsällskap invite you to Open Swedish Master Championships 25 m 2014 A competition open for registered Masters swimmers from Sweden and world wide Date: March 14 th -16 th 2014 Place: Sporthallen Sundsvall, 25m pool with 7 lanes. D H L Relays: Pre-Masters A C E B D F G Heats: 50- and 100- meters distances are heated in every age group. Different age groups can be combined in the same heat. Distances 200m and longer are heated by times regardless of age. Heats with large numbers of participants: After approval by the Swedish Swimming Federation all events can be heated regardless of age groups. This will be announced in the PM.

3 Registration: No later than February 20 th 2014 registration must be completed by to Registration through OCTO Anmälan or using Grodan registration file, sent by (SA-File or AN-File). Participants also need to fill in measurement of time for every event. Participants from outside Sweden may use Invitation File Lenex or use the Registration card and send in by (files and registration card you can find at All Swedish competitors must have licence registration in the OCTO database. All communication regarding registration shall be dealt with by one club representative. Please add phone number. Individual registration will not be accepted. Along with the registration one responsible leader on site during competition days should sign up. Please add phone number. Registration without measurement of time will not be accepted. Swedish swimmers without licence will not be allowed to compete. Registration fee: 70 SEK individual start and 100 SEK for relay IBAN: SE CURRENCY: SEK BANK BIC: NDEASESS All bank fees are paid by the sender. Late registration: Can be made until 12:00 on the 11 th of March double registration fee. Scratches: Scratches for Friday session shall be made no later than 12:00, 14 th of March. Scratches for other sessions shall be made 1 hour before first start of the session. Late scratches will be billed with 300 sek/start. Empty lane without doctors note will be billed as above. Registration fees are not refundable. Relay swimmers: Shall be handed in one hour before first start in each session. If during the Competition days, need for changing agegroup of the team, it s considered as a scratch and late registration and will be billed with 300sek. Medical aid: SM-points: Medals/Prices: Will be on site. According to rule 310 in Swedish Swimming Federation book. Sporrong challenge prize for best club, according to rules for SM-points. Medals for swimmers outside Sweden, place 1-3. Ann and Glens price for best performance according to MASTER FINA-points.

5 Fellowship party Welcome to our Fellowship party on Saturday night at Folkets Park, right across the street from the arena Sporthallsbadet. We have hired the place, so the night is ours - alone. The night starts with a drink and mingle at 7 o clock and dinner will be served from 8 o clock. We beg you to arrive with your club mates, if possible. The price includes drink, dinner, 1 glass of wine or beer and coffee. Entertainment/some nice music for a dance or two, is also included. Total cost: 400 SEK per person.
