Helder is based on 5 call profiles, each tailored to the specific calling behavior of your employees. This new plan allows you to select the most suitable profile for each individual employee. EVERY PROFILE, THE SAME CLEAR basis The same clear basis applies for every profile. All profiles can call each other free of charge and, with the right kind of handset, they have free access to 4G (where available). Added to this is free business customer service, 7 days a week, even outside office hours. SELECTINg AND FINE-TUNINg HELDER Once you ve selected the call profile you can tailor it optimally to the employee s needs by adding data and/or Voordeelbundels (discount bundles). Quantities of minutes, texts and data can be chosen separately from each other. So you decide what combination is best for your employee. You can also adjust the profiles to match your company s dynamics throughout the term of your contract. For instance, to accommodate higher calling volumes if your customer base suddenly increases. You can even change your call profile for certain months of the year when you expect to spend more time abroad than usual. Employees with a Bereikbaar profile do not have any talk/text credit, but do benefit from the credit of colleagues with a Regelmatig and/or Vaak profile. The standard tariff will only be charged once the talk/text credit of all employees with the above-mentioned call profiles has been used up. This does not apply to data.

4 STEP 2. FINE-TUNE HELDER Customize call profiles by adding extra data and/or Voordeelbundels. Our call profiles serve as guidelines for a quick, clear choice. But as everyone is different, you can also fine-tune the selected call profiles by adding more data and/or Voordeelbundels. You can even activate or deactivate some of these bundles each month yourself. FINE-TUNE WITH MORE DATA All call profiles, with the exception of Bereikbaar, have a Internet bundle by default. Need more data? Then choose a bigger bundle of 2, 5 or 10 GB. All of these bundles can be added on a monthly basis. When you have used up your MB s, the internet speed will be reduced to 64 Kbps. This speed ensures you to continue sending and receiving s and WhatsApp messages without extra costs. When that happens, you and your employees could decide to increase the internet speed by adding MB s with the MB-top up. This is automatically switched on in your subscription. When you have used up all your MB s you will receive a text with a link to buy a MB-top up. If you don t like to have this automatically switched on, you can easily change this yourself per employee or for all employees in T-Mobile Beheer.

7 EVEN OUR SMALL PRINT IS CLEAR All of our prices are exclusive of VAT. We adjust our prices in January of each year on account of inflation. We charge a one-off activation fee of per employee and will put this on your first invoice. When you have used up your total talk/text credit we will charge you 0.12 per minute/text. If you have Bereikbaar, the mobile Internet costs are 0.12 per MB. We charge calls per second after the first minute. You should use your credit within 1 invoice period as your credit only remains valid for a period of up to 1 month. Calls to your voic cost 0.12 per minute with the Bereikbaar call profile. For the other profiles calls to your voic are charged to your bundle. You can switch to a call profile with more minutes/texts on a monthly basis. You can also revert your call profile to the initial level. This applies to the Bereikbaar, Regelmatig, Vaak and Altijd call profiles. If you have opted for the Europa call profile, this applies for the term of your contract. You can continue to access the Internet at a lower speed of up to 64 Kbps when you have used up your Internet bundle. This allows you to send and receive s and WhatsApp messages. You will not be able to upload, download or post files, photos or films. Talk credit of employees under a different customer number cannot be shared.
